For your best comfort, I would recommend the jockstrap in limited occasions only. Specifically only if you cannot wear a large T-shirt, covering your baby. It is much more comfortable to walk around with the semi erected baby versus the baby held towards your lower abdomen by a jockstrap, no matter if the doctor says that it is fine.

Ok thats good to know, thank you!

What was your erection angle pre surgery and what is it now? Did keeping your penis pointed up affect the angle at all?

My original erection angle, pre surgery, was just a little more than 90 degreees from my lower abdomen (just below 3 o'clock), I am now around 75-80 degress (around 2:30 o'clock). Doctor told me that when he tested it fully inflated I was pointing to 2 o'clock but I haven't managed to inflate it so much so far.

TCG have you contacted your surgeon regarding the additional fluid after you deflate and lock the pump?

Thank you for such a detailed journal!

Thanks, I try to give back to the FT community a portion of what I have received by reading plenty of posts.

With respect to the liquid flowing back, I have read that it is normal to a minimum extent. Given that in my case it doesn't seem huge, I have preferred not to bother my surgeon. Furthermore it is not too bad either and it gives some pleasant volume to my boy without being excessive. Note that it is not like long lasting continuous auto inflation, after a small amount of saline has filled the cylinder, the phenomenon stops.

Update: days 24-25-26 post-surgery.

All is progressing well, suture is getting less and less noticeable, besides a minor skin discoloration, it is already very hard to notice that I underwent a triple surgery less than 4 weeks ago. I wear tight underwear to conceal the baby and I realized that in my specific case, when fully deflated, it is more comfortable to point the boy down not to pull too much the suture, which is still mildly sensitive.
My surgeon recommended to wait until day 28 before put the boy under full action and give it a so called "stress test". So I still have to wait another 2 days...

Update: days 27-28-29 post-surgery.

Day 27 was similar to previous days, nothing different.

Day 28 I had my first sexual intercourse, it was very good but I felt like I didn't inflate it enough. It was slightly painful but very pleasant too, my girl had 2 orgasms, so I really cannot complain. After the sexual activity, with a penetration lasting about 30 minutes, it was a little sore for many hours, not to the point that you would need medications though.

Day 29 I had a new round of sexual activity, this time I had inflated it a little more, I lasted about 1 hour and practically no pain was felt, not even mild discomfort. It was very pleasant and I tried all sort of positions including Greek, everything was really good.

I can see now very quick progress from day to day, I assume the discomfort/pain period is over. I will be focusing on cycling to make sure I can get all it is feasible from my boy. Note that it is already of a similar size of my best Viagra erection, so even if cycling would bring no extra size, I am already very happy with what I got.

TheCanalGuy,

I have followed the post from the beginning of your journey and have appreciated the information that you have shared along the way. I do have one big concern before I start my journey down this path. I'm worried about the loss of size after the implant.

I see you had the Totan XL 24cms with no rear tips. My doctor said that about a third of the implant goes toward your pubic bone and the rest inside your penis. My erect size normally is 7 inches and girth is 5.5 inches. The 24 cm implant is 9.5 inches long, that being said my length after surgery would only be around six inches. Have you measured your post surgery length and girth? I have been told to expect some loss of length and girth with any implant.

Any information from you or anyone else would be helpful, My surgery is scheduled for July 7th.
