I'm going crazy. May be prostate ?

Hello, everyone. I am creating a new topic with my problems again, for which I apologize. Systematizing most of my problems, I come to the conclusion that I MAY have something other than all my bad situation. I think there is something wrong with my prostate, but I may be wrong .....
Before these problems I could masturbate and it took a lot of work to ejaculate. In the last year, it has happened to me many times that I have a tickling sensation in the urethra at 40-50% erection, which leads to ejaculation WITHOUT TOUCHING! Has anything like this happened to anyone, or at least does anyone know what could be causing it? Lately, I think it may be related to the prostate. I did tests and there are no bacteria .... No drastic enlargement ...... I'm really going crazy with all sorts of PROBLEMS ...... I'm going crazy. .....

In fact, I've had PE since the beginning of these problems, and I've never had anything like it in 39 years. I had a catheter inserted 2 years ago and I'm wondering if this is not the problem and if I don't have an infected prostate that can't be seen on tests ...... I'm really going crazy .....

its hard to really lend a meaningful opinion since theres nothing about your history thats available to knowledge like age, reason for ED, confirmed tests, etc... but my guess is pelvic floor issues...particularly with the levator ani which cradles the prostate in men....but that usually presents with rectal pain.

I apologize for not signing. I had a fracture of the penis 2 years ago, surgery and very severe depression after that. Doppler - no problem. Testosterone - very low, about 200, but in my opinion there is no man on this planet who has erectile dysfunction from lack of testosterone and has recovered from receiving testosterone. 40 years old. Erection is 75-80% in 95% of cases and is 99% in 5% of cases. The pills do not work. When I manage to maintain a good erection I have no problem with premature ejaculation. When I can't achieve a full erection I usually have premature ejaculation. I get a full erection only from a surprisingly strong erotic situation or something like that. Sometimes I have itching and tickling in the urethra and sometimes frequent urination. Tests for bacteria, no bacteria. Extremely weak orgasm, no pleasure and weak jet.
