I used this set-up after my RP in March of 2021 for 10 months and it worked very well for me. I purchased a (Encore ImpoAid Manual Vacuum Erection Device), the cost is around $99.00 and I also purchased one of these rings (Blue Ultimate Round Rings with New Gentle Flex Technology Erection Tension Rings) around $19.00 each. I purchased everything from ErecaidPumps.com Reach Medical, Inc. P.O. Box 968 Collierville, TN 38027-0968 866-496-7359.

My routine is

1) Shave the base of the penis for better seal.
2) load two rings (one blue and one clear) onto the pump after loading the ejector and the loading cone.
3) Lubricate the entire penis.
4) Place pump over the penis and pump slowly until the penis is erect about 6 to 10 min.
5) When the penis is erect increase the pressure slightly and wait 5 min.
6) Eject constrictions ring onto the penis using the ejector.
7) Release the pumps pressure and remove pump.
8) Add one more ring.

I've just received a Vacuum since this summer i'm gonna get implanted and i want ti maintain my current size.
I got the device, assembled It in the way but i noticed, after few attempts, that my penis simply doesn't get erect in the cylinder while pumping.

This fucking tube is supposed ti work even on cadavers.
Any suggestion?

How about an update? I am late to the party, but here is my input:

Since you are using the VED therapeutically (not for sex), you should not use the constriction rings. They will impede blood flow into your penis. This may be obvious, but I want to cover all bases.

Finding all leakage points is necessary. If your VED leaks, you will not be able to maintain a vacuum. The pump, the tubing, the seal between your body and the vacuum chamber are all sources of leakage. The seal between your body and the chamber is the most likely. Put some foamy shaving cream around the base of the chamber where it meets your skin. Any leakage into the chamber should be visible after a short time. (Sudsy soap will work, too.)

Hi,
I purchased one of those Blue rings from Erecaid and when I stretched it, the darn ring had a slit on the inside of the penis hole. did not even attempted to slid in the vacuum or my penis because it could pinch my skin or it could break. I understand Erecaid does not allow returns of their rings so now I purchased a Hex one and some other type to see how it goes. Like their website indicates, this matter of purchasing rings is all trail and error.
But I do have some good news: I was able to pump yesterday and use an old ring along with the sleeve on and was able to sustain an erection for about two or three minutes. Since I was alone I was not able to invite the wife, so I masturbated and was able to achieve an orgasm. For me it has been almost two years since the prostate surgery and with no sex at all. Wife does not help too much - like I say, my urologist has touched me more than my wife in these two years.
Watching porno while pumping also helps me somehow. I will keep trying until I can get an implant or until I die...

Using a VED has been very effective for me, 20+ years, as I can always count on it to work. It takes a while and a bit of experimentation to find the right combination of pump time, pressure, band(s), etc. that works. I found I will get a better seal if I pull the pump tightly into my body when starting until the suction builds up. Also, once you find the right bands purchase a spare or two as their life span is fairly limited.
Drew the short straw many years ago - 57 with progressively worsening ED for 25 years, arterial insufficiency. Currently use Tri-mix with VED / bands in addition to daily sildenafil / pentoxifylline / L- Arginine.

Can I suggest trying a different universal sleeve for your VED? I found that the one (Link below) which is inexpensive and for me was the most comfortable and provided a good seal on my groin and shaft without drawing in loose skin and/or testicles....Although you still need to be careful, use a lot of lube, and don't overdo the vacuum.

Amazing, 20+ years. Great to hear from someone with long-term experience

You're right. Apology extended. I shouldn't begrudge anyone for trying it. My results have been terrible and my doctor is no help whatsoever. I'm changing doctors and will see how it goes.
Remaining hopeful.

You use 3 rings? The ones pictured? You add the 3rd ring to your erection with 2 rings in place after removing the pump?

I use a penile foam tube from http://uandmetime.com/products/store/#! ... ry=1213450 and 2 Osbon rings.
If I use the #2 size it seems to act as another ring. Less effective by itself, but with 2 rings works well.

On occasion I use 2 Osbon rings with no foam tube then when ready for the "main event", add one of these. Orgasm seems more explosive. Kinda like a dam bursting! https://www.tantusinc.com/collections/r ... ft-c-rings

Have you tried combos of other type rings?
I know it can get pricey!
I usually use 2 osbons. On some occasions I will use 2 of the newer blue rings. I use to use pos-t-vac mach rings and they worked well while they lasted. Tended to split within a couple of month's use.The Osbons last much longer, so much longer that they are starting to get a bit more stretchy than when they were new. The blue ones are holding up well so far.
