Gel tweaking intraurethral gel

I just got a new formula for intraurethral gel:
2000mcg alprostadil
300mcg papaverine
100mcg phentolamine
per 1 ml

On the one hand, this gave me a woody that any 14 year old would have found remarkable. On the other, there was more pain than my old weaker formula.
So, what in the above should be reduced? I'm assuming the alprostadil but not making any assumptions. If alprostadil is probably the culprit, cut it by how much?
Could anything else be tweaked?

I told my URO I had extreme pain with trimix. This is the dose she gave me. al/1000mcg, pap/.5mg, phen/10mg, with ,5 ml lidocaine ccl. Lidocaine deadens nerve endings in normal situations. I get that dull pain feeling but no real pain
