I'm no expert but it sounds to me you were undersized. Did you have peyronie's prior to being implanted?

Have you spoken to the uro who performed the surgery about it?

No, I never saw him after the surgery. It was done free on the NHS, I’m in the UK. I had to wait for 4 years to get it and go through every “treatment” and test because they thought I was too young to have ED as bad as I did.

So I will either have to wait until it stops working and get a revision and hope they don’t botch that one up as well or just live like a hermit ?

Ok just gonna jump in here and tell it like it is even if its woefully nonPC.

Married to a 5’6” Chinese woman who I met while working in China as a shoe designer/developer and I will say in 20 years of traveling to China for work, 4 to 8 trips a year, 2 to 3 weeks per trip. I was not exactly a good boy for much of that time and had a lot of girlfriends and sexual partners there and i also dated a 4’10” nurse from the Phillz for a couple of years.

Definitely tighter and smaller. My experience is most were pretty wowed by my pro ably 5 3/4” of dick. They were also very enamored w the fact its pink not some darker color. I was definitely more than big enough for my 5’6” wife before my diabetes and scarring from my injections robbed me a bunch of mass and length but unfortunately I am feeling like maybe now its not really getting the job done. Imonly 2 months out though. Fingers crossed a years worth of cycling and Vacuuming will get me back a bit closer to my original size. But there is absolutely, definitely, for sure, something to be said about short, petite Asian women having smaller, tighter anatomy.

There have been so many chances I’ve let pass me by because of being afraid of a girl judging me on my size that I’m getting depressed.

Normally people don’t have those worries, they just know they are enough. Now it’s like I have two issues to worry about, the penile implant and the size of my penis. It probably sounds strange to some people reading this but seriously, who can you talk to about that? No one.

From what I heard from other members on this board, the only thing that will get you out of your rut, is if you get yourself a gorgeous woman and repeatedly make her orgasm with your implant.

Your implant will never let you down, and is harder than any erection you could have gotten before. Fuck the size just ENJOY IT.

"Gorgeous" is not necessary. "Gilding the lily" is a phrase that comes to mind. Experiencing her having orgasms is plenty sufficient to restore a man's confidence in his penis' abilities to perform.

So a man who gets aroused by Asian women and unable to get aroused if she is not Asian MIGHT be considered to be a fetishist. But that still does not qualify as the paraphilic term "fetish" because he is aroused by the women, not by some non-living object or body part not typically sexual (e.g. feet).

So, his appreciation of Asian women is a preference, not a fetish, in my opinion. I guess he might consider making shoes for pygmy women if he likes foreign women in the smaller sizes.
