My situation is exactly like yours. Mid 30s with HF all of my life + got priaprism when conducting a doppler examination with a hack urologist. Only way i can have sex is missionary and meed to stay close to orgasm to stay hard. Id rather have a good 15-20 years of sex in my prime and accept any potential complications when im older. Do u have a consult to get an implant? Also have u tried daily cialis? I find it very helpful

Would u say your erections were better when you had HF instead of LF? From what I’ve gathered some pplz with HF have decent erections where as LF seems to be more stubborn

When I had HF, erections took longer to achieve but rigid, with LF my erections are easier to achieve, but I only have good rigidity before orgasm. My glans also improved after I got LF, they easily dissipate when stimulation stops though.

When I had HF, erections took longer to achieve but rigid, with LF my erections are easier to achieve, but I only have good rigidity before orgasm. My glans also improved after I got LF, they easily dissipate when stimulation stops though.

Yeah this syndrome is a mind*ck. There are some guys with little erection issues and then others who cannot even get erect at all. I hope your consult goes well man.
