68-yo out gay white man. ED from age 60 on. Investigated with a urologist but unknown causation UNTIL diagnosed with Peripheral Arterial Disease last year. Had a >70% blockage in femoral artery resulting in angioplasty and stent, but no effect on ED. Likely cause is arteriosclerosis leading to penile artery blockage. Most likely moving near Cleveland Clinic in the near future.

Tried multiple treatments (Viagra, etc.) and injections (trimix and bimix) without success.

Came here to learn more about penile implants and other options, as I am embarking on a new relationship.

Welcome, you will find great information here between us guys. I recently was implanted and am happy I did! FT helped me past the hesitation to a point of excitement. I hope you find the same!

Welcome! This is a great place to get information and is a good group of supportive guys.

Seems like all the guys that have implants love that they can be as hard as they want, for as long as they want, whenever they want.

If nothing else is working, find the best surgeon you can and get it done.
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.
