Dr. Tobias Kohler at the Mayo in Rochester, MN. done all the surgeries, he is suppose to be one of the best in my area, I'm not sure how many he and his staff do each year, but somehow he never remembers me, and always seems in a hurry.
I know it has been around $40,000 for each surgery, not sure how many times the insurance company is going to pay for this.
Is there any medical benefits beside psychological to having a implant done ? and besides achieving an erection ?
I just need some beneficial medical reason in my mind to go thru it again.

Oh wow! And just when I thought I was the only one! I’m on implant number 3 in 2 years. First implant was great and huge, but pump broke at year 1.5, it was replaced with another great Coloplast Titan XL, but in the healing stage it became infected, on pump #3 since July 2020. I’m 30 days post op, but this pump seems to be having issues, resulting in the pump only being able to be pumped 30 times, hence it won’t fully inflate enough for a fully hard penis for sex…. Oh boy Is all I can say right now….SUKS
ED issues started around 44, Received Implant 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer Coloplast Titan 26 XL + 1, pump broke within a year and Implanted again by Dr. Hakky Coloplast Titan 26 XL + 1.

I'm been seeing a lot of complaints about Dr Kramer, so many guys complaining about his implants. I definitely will never go to him
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

Go to Hakky if Eid doesn’t work. This is ridiculous. Get one of the best.

Thank you guys for all the comment and advice.
I traveled down to the Mayo clinic, Rochester, MN. Tuesday morning, had my evaluation from Dr. Kohler, Wednesday, was the pre op, and tests and so on, , Thursday morning surgery, was done by 10:00 am.
They claim there was a leaking tube again and done a complete revision, excluding the reservoir which is 2 years old now.
Not sure who was even in the surgery room, and didn't care at this point.
This was the worst one, they called it a day surgery and when I was done in the recovery room they sent me off with the wifey back to the hotel with my catheter and drain tube.
Felt so shitty I asked to stay in the hospital overnight and they kind of refused me somehow,,
I was doped up at first, and then realized the pain blocker wasn't working by 8pm that night at the hotel room,, couldn't hardly move with the catheter and drain tube still in, so there was no sleeping at all Thursday night,
Back up to the hospital Friday morning, seen a nurse that pulled my drain tube and catheter gave me an ice pack and off I went on my 300 mile drive home.
I laid it out to the wifey,, I don't care if her pussy is made of gold,,,, I'm not doing this a 5th time period.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

Congratulations buddy you did it, let’s hope it works well. I am hoping to get a revision in 3 months, and I am considering Dr. Eid.

Not completly true, in italy many hospital do it for free but you have to wait 9-12 months for the op

Btw by reading this forum and other posts i believe titan brokes more easily compared to ams. I know we cant do stats based on this forum as it is a very small samples but it is what it is
LGX 18 + 1, 90 cc. 2023/12
