This is killing me please help

Ok so ive had ED for about 3 years now. I first noticed i couldnt get it up night on holiday with a girl. Since then it seems its gotten worse and worse. Full erections dont come with masturbation only when im on my back do i get a somewhat decent erection but even then its not the same i cant maintain it and its nowhere near as full. Ive lost all my libido and sex drive i can go weeks without masturbating. Ejaculation volume has severely decreased. Ive lost sensitivity nowhere near as sensitive. Never get aroused or feel turned on even for a second. I never get spotaneous or random erections any more and this has been like this for years now. My penis seems to be getting smaller and thinner nothing what it was like before it actually looks unhealthy. I get nighttime and morning wood. But these are not very hard just sort of semi like bendy and weird feeling ones. Soon as i get up it instantly goes down.

Ok so since 3 years ive had 2 dopplers, 2 mris and all bloods testosterone tested. Only one doppler showed venous leak but the repeat showed im normal. Ive been examined also with 3 different doctors all said im normal. Finally Now im with professor Ralph and he has also said my problem is 100 percent psychological. This is all through the NHS.

OK so for 2 years ive been with a sexual and clinical psychologist and she has told me my problem is 100 percent psychological. Ive told her all my symptoms what i go through with it down to thr tiniest details. She has assured me my problem is definately 100 percent psych and it will be completely reversed.

I have been diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress disorder due to my childhood. And to cure my ED I need to due this EMDR therapy. I keep sort of resisting beacuse i jusy keep thinking at least some of this is physical. But she keeps assuring me that once i get through my trauma this will be completely cured. She has cured men of this in thr past. My question is is it at all possible that this can be cured and reversed completely? I see zero evidence of this anywhere. Please someone help because i really cant go on like this much longer. Im 37 years old and my life is over

First, your life is NOT over.
Next, find a urologist that specializes in men's ED issues. There's a lot of medicines out there that can help.
Last, I too was told for many years that my ED was all in my head (the one on my shoulders). One word...BULLSHIT.

All my urologists have specialized in ED. The latest being professor Ralph who also says this is completely psychological with zero physical. The sexual clinical psychologist has promised me its 100 percent fixable over and over and over. And she has cured men completely of this in the past. She has told me my problem is due to chemical changes in my brain because of trauma induced PTSD. My nervous system is haywire. The chemicals from brain to penis arent sufficient for erections to happen and it can be completely reversed. Why would the specialists tell me this?

I've had PTSD for over 50 years from combat trauma. Did it and does it effect my sexual life,
most certainly. Does it totally stop my sexual life, not hardly. Even with the severe PTSD the
drugs that can be given by a good Euro will allow you to have sex, it does not stop the PTSD
issues, you still have to deal with those, BUT, you can have an enjoyable sex life DESPITE the
PTSD. You can deal with your PTSD and enjoy a good sex life at the same time, anyone that
tells you differently is not dealing with your sexual issues correctly. Just My Opinion

Im.having a bit of trouble understanding this. Do you suffer same symptoms as me due to it beong psychogenic? Are you saying because pf what im being told then im not being treated correctly?

First, calm down. Anxiety and Depression are a natural reaction to the changes you are going through, and they are libido killers. We've all been there.
Second, go to your primary care physician and ask for a prescription for 5mg Tadalafil (cialis) daily. Give it a couple days to build up in your system. This makes getting an erection pretty easy for men with mild ED.
Third, get a penis pump off Amazon and use it daily. It will help you maintain penile size and health.
Fourth, get your testosterone checked. You may need replacement therapy.
Fifth, check back in here if oral medication does not work. There are other, more reliable methods to get an erection.

For all men, regardless of age, the greatest organ we have that controls sex is the brain.
The brain can create numerous issues that will kill sex dead in its tracks. Even with some
of the most advanced medications available, the brain can and will still control your penis.
However, there are medications available that can "override" the brain to a certain extent
and allow your penis do become erect and have sex. My PTSD is not cured, it never will be
cured, but to some extent it is under control, it is manageable and liveable. Some of your
medical people must be willing to give you prescriptions that you can begin to take and
allow your penis to become active again. The mind is a very powerful thing, we all know that.
But, advanced medicines can still let you enjoy an active sex life, even though your mental
health issues continue to exist. Take the advice from CatFan and see where it takes you.
There are many people here for you anytime, you will survive this and you will become the
person you want to be. I have been in counseling since 1989, it has been a very very long
road, but I did not allow myself to quit and give up, don't allow yourself to give up either.

I read your original post and the replies. it sounds like you’ve had a few exams by doctors and offered some things to try. I see other frank talk members have offered you some suggestions for your ED issues as well. This is what concerns me. I see at the end of your post a possible suicide warning and a cry for help. I take this very seriously as a very close friend died by suicide and this is so traumatic to his entire family, friends, and everyone that knew him. we will never get over the loss of our friend. I understand depression, frustration, and anxiety and I would not want you to become a person that died by suicide and I can assure you the people that love you would never recover from this either. Why don’t you give the therapist a good chance to work with you and if not her then a different therapist. As long as you are alive and breathing there is always hope and I think a cure for your psychological issues and your ED issues. If you are no longer on this earth there is no hope. I believe this is all very sound advice.
I also believe doctors hesitate to the point of denying that a 37 year old guy can suffer from your symptoms.

If you were 65 years old and had the exact same symptoms, I think their recommendations would be different.
I'm not qualified to speak to medical care in the UK, but the price is right.

I would like to add that have you had your blood pressure checked? I have high bp and take meds for it, i have an implant now cause i got tired of all the stuff that went with ED and the fibrosis after a while with injections, i.e. not all men get that, so dont worry. Even with my bp meds if i forget to take on time it takes longer to get off. You on the other hand does sound like you could have a vL , i know i did but they couldn't find it as well, so i did the implant and love it. Theres always a way to handle it, you just need to find what will work, keep going it will work out for you!
