When to take Sudafed after Trimix Piraprism

I got a Trimix injection over two years ago at "Summit Male Medical" in Tempe Arizona by "Nathan papadeas who is not a Doctor. They gave me a paper with the information of what to do in case of Piraprism The paper stated that you take Sudafed if your erection last for 4 hours, didn't mention the difference between Ischemic Piraprism ( painful erection vs non Ischemic Piraprism (no painful). My erection was extremely painful after 2 hours but following their information guidelines I wasn't worried because they mentioned only to worry after 4 hours, well long story short, I did put the erection down with Phenylephrine injection after 4 hours of excruciating painful erection, 2 days later my penis was deformed. Reading extensively medical articles that mention that if you have a painful erection from Trimix you SHOULD START TAKING Sudafed right away and after 4 hours is a medical emergency where the process of penis damage tissue STARTS!!!.
I f you take Trimix injections please do take Sudafed right away if you have pain in the penis, DO NOT WAIT!!!! and if the erection is sill there and painful after 3 hours go to the emergency room. This is my penis now two years later after the Piraprism episode.
The owner of the "clinic" called me a liar and a Troll because I wrote a bad review on their website, they are not Doctors, they don't know what they are doing, they don't even take their time to do research about Piraprism or any other medical consequences of Trimix injections, they just want to make fast and easy money and care less about the lifes of their patients.

I'm sorry for the difficulties and troubles you've had and I'm sorry you got sucked in to a lousy clinic. On the other hand, your dick looks pretty darn good to me. Yeah, I can see a little narrowing but not a big deal. How did you get the erection shown in the picture? If you can reliably get what's shown in the pic I'd say quit worrying and use what you have.

I still get erections, but not as strong as before.I just posted to warned other members not to make the same mistake that I made, I wished someone warned me about the dangers of a persistent painful erection. Thank you very much for your compliment.

I got started with injections at the Men's ED Clinic. As much as it was a doctor who screened me, none of the other techs had any medical degrees. The fellow who injected me was nervous as I was. Then it was all about sales. No info given on risks, so it's great that you warn other guys. Sorry that you had issues resulting in deformity. I will say my implant is the best as much as I hurt for much longer than most. Good luck on whichever way you decide to go.

How these ED clinics are able to be open blows my mind, don't we have medical regulations in this country?, why the FDA is not shutting down these clinics? Numerous cases of men getting hurt and they are still open? Why?

The men's clinics sales models are all about sales and not patient care. The one I was recently using would call every couple months with a "sale" on refills "today only". They were a little better in describing what to do in case of priapism, a lot of written and verbal information, and they have a 24 hour number you can call in case. Apparently I wasn't ordering enough refills recently and they called to tell me "the doctor wants you to inject several times per week regardless of if you need it or not. This will clear the blockage and you won't need the medication any more".
