Has anyone else had complaints from people you’ve slept with that they have pain inside the vagina ? Could it be that the cylinder tips are pressing into something ? I am not sure if that’s possible but it is something I wonder about, especially if the glans not engorged that much.

Yes I’ve heard of this multiple times. A lot of people on this forum are older so the prospects they deal with are mainly their wives- as a younger gentleman dealing with women in there 20s I’ve heard this often. I haven’t and I’ve been implanted for 3 years. In my 5 years of being on this forum this is the first time this topic has come up so I think that your situation is something other then what you think it is. It could be that she is having a std outbreak or she hasn’t had sex in a while and it just hurt. FYI some people can have herpes and never have a outbreak. Also I think 70% of the population has some form of herpes.

There are different kinds of fillers you can get injected into your glans. I think dr Eid even has something written on his website about fillers and I know dr hakky in Atlanta does fillers and also dr peirto in FL does filled as well.

Well idk FML you have a huge dick- so they most likely feel your girth. For us men with girth under 5.5 and length of below 6.5 the cylinders are more prominent and can be felt more. Also as someone with a littler penis we tend to be more aggressive than motion oriented.

Sorry I don’t want to downplay what you have experienced but my experience is as such: I was close to your post IPP size before I did injections. My SO never complained and always wanted to have sex. The tips are hard regardless of glan engorgement so I feel I would have the same problem as well. 5.4” girth is fairly big and would be the maximum some women would be able to take.

Well relationship sex with a SO is different than just one night hook ups and meet ups. There are two issues I experience with the implant.

1) When I am on my own, masturbating, with concentration I can get past 6.5 inches but during sex it doesn’t seem all that ‘engorged’ and I am barely 6 inches.

2) The lack of sensation I have is a big problem, I can’t finish during sex and feel unsatisfied, the only way I can ejaculate is if I am on my own and even then sometimes it takes a long time.

Have you tried different positions for coitus? Some give different points of stimulation to the penis than others ... tighter, deeper, just on the most sensitive tip, etc.

The wonderful thing (for me, at least) is the fact that my girlfriend and I can explore different positions. We have found that certain positions are more reliable for me to come to orgasm than others (and for her to orgasm, too). (I have not suggested positions because your angle of dangle is likely different than mine, and different from what you had before implant.)

I hope this question is not offensive. I do not know anything about your techniques in sex or your relationship.

Do you prepare her adequately? I mean foreplay to get her adequately wet before you attempt penetration. A woman who has had at least one orgasm has a lot more comfortable time with a penis entering her than one who has not.

Remember, with an implant, you are ready at literally one minute's notice. She will take longer.
