Sorry, when I said "one minute" I was referring to the fact that I can go from completely flaccid to fully erect in between 30 and 40 seconds. Fully, as in I cannot pump another iota of fluid into my implant and my erection is unbendable.

Engorgement of the spongiosum is another matter, as is the state of arousal of my partner.

I have not been with any 27-year-old women (except when I was actually IN that age range), but sexual engagement cannot have changed all THAT much in 4-5 decades. Yes, I remember women who like it rough and quick and some who like it gentler. Most women I have been with like a certain speed, but do like a little variation, too.

The point I always put up front in my mind (if not in every one of my posts) is that a man who pays attention to his partner's preferences is more likely to satisfy her. Implant at least gave me ability to have some sex and for me this is far better then no sex at all.

Did you have a prostatectomy ? There is another set of nerves the engorge the meat and glans that is damaged sometimes. Without that engorgement you don't have much feeling. Try tri-mix gel. It expands your blood vessels.

Did you have a prostatectomy ? There is another set of nerves the engorge the meat and glans that is damaged sometimes. Without that engorgement you don't have much feeling. Try tri-mix gel. It expands your blood vessels.

No I have not had a prostatectomy or anything like that. The cause of all of these problems was an injury I had during sex but strangely no damage was ever found on ultrasounds or MRI. I thought things might improve if I had an implant but they haven’t.
