AMS has 21cm cylinder, whereas the 24cm cylinders is a (special order), while Titan has up to 26cm. I believe every doctor will use the Titan for cylinders with more than 21cm (apart from RTE).
Got it. How does this cylinder size relate to dick size? Like if I have 4.5 inches cock what is the size I need?
The relationship between your (external) erect penis and the size of implant that fits you is not direct.
The implant fits into a penis like a foot fits into a shoe. If your shoe has a long pointy toe instead of a rounded short toe it will be very much different.
About 1/3 of the implant (and your erectile tissues in your penis) is deeper inside your body than you can see sticking out in front of your belly. But that 1/3 estimation varies from man to man. Some men have a deep crus and some men have shallow.
A certain amount of your glans sticks out in front of the tip of your tunica albuginea (your erectile tissues). The implant should go deep into the tip of the tunica, but not press too hard (risk of damage to the tissues). And your glans will stick out a little further (just as it does now).
The surgeon CANNOT determine with precision what implant you will need until he measures the INSIDE of your tunica (both proximal and distal directions measured from the incision). But a guess can be made. But not by me.
