I understand how bad it feels when you meet with people who know about your most private issues. Release of medical condition is not allowed without the consent of the person himself. Not only the implant, even the prostate surgery is something that you may not find necessary to expose to someone other than your partner.
I think the guys here posted many different opinions, which will help you decide how to handle it. However, I see your comment here about revealing this to another woman. If you considering putting an end to your current marriage and find another woman to start a new life with, the implant isn't a problem. You can always find someone who can understand it and love you whether you have an implant or not. But the important thing is to address this issue with your wife first. Are you able to move on and throw this issue behind? Or would it still be something that may affect your relationship for long time. If this is the only negative issue in your marriage life, you may need to discuss it openly with your wife, but if it adds to other existing issues that make you wonder if another woman will accept you with the implant, then it is something very serious.

I think you're thinking about this in the wrong way. You are now a superhuman. Most men over 40 are going to run into some ED issues. You won't. You'll need another surgery in 10-15, but your power is much better now than a natural dick. Dating women w this is fantastic. They love being able to get pounded and really don't care how it's happening, from my experience. Put in a few good performances with a woman first before you tell her, but she won't care afterwards, unless she's really, really odd and not worth anyones times.

quote="Raycaba"]It’s been a year now and I feel like back to normal after my prostate surgery and then the implant. I was very embarrassed this happened to me as I was so young and still wanted to have a sex life afterwards. I tried pills, injections everything was a fail and I decided to go for the implant. I feel it’s been a great thing and also my wife but, I wanted to keep it our secrect because I was embarrassed and she understood especially the pain I went thru to get this implant. Well guys you tell me how you would feel but I just found out my wife has told most of her family members that I had this done! I mean wow so much for privacy. I feel I can’t trust her and I feel less of a man because I had to get this done! I’m so scared to be with another woman and go thru the explanation too![/quote]

Hello to all. It's been awhile since I replied to a post. But this is one I believe in some way affects us all. So this is how I handled it. I never hind the fact that I had a implant from my family, friends or coworkers. Yes there were times when people had some pretty rude and down right shity things to say and talk about. However it wasn't to long before things changed. I was driving truck in the oilfields at the time. Had the implant done in Feb 26 2014 and retired June 30 2017. In that short time I had numerous coworkers chase me down to get info on the implants. I helped 4 on their journey for their implant. Also I had 6 family members contact me for info. Several from out of state. I'm only telling you this because the problem is theirs not yours if it comes up.( no pun intended) Don't be surprised if you become someone's Hero. You can't hide from it family and friends it's going to leak out anyway. Don't make it sound like something you should be ashamed of. Hold your head up and use it to help others. I hope this also helps someone. The trust issue will fade only my opinion.

Bionicrocketman, that sounds like excellent advice. I don't have an implant, but if I did I would own it with pride. I have to wonder how many of those shitty friends had trouble in the bedroom and were taking it out (jealous) on you? Usually the ones complaining the loudest are the ones with the trouble. Good for you!
