I was straight before surgery. I also have a twist to my penis now. I improved some of this by pulling my glans off the cylinder tips and then pushing it back down in an improved location. I would partially inflate and do this and hold with one hand and finish inflating as much as I cound with the other. Then at the end use 2 hands to inflate to max stopping to adjust my glans on top of the cylinders.

Interesting... I may try this method, only thing I would worry about is causing damage to the head of my penis somehow or unwittingly putting myself at risk of erosion. How long following this type of regimen did it take for you to see improvement in your penis placement?

This is what mine was like with the left cylinder tip low and to the outside. The right cylinder tip actually crossed over the top and into the left side. It took a few weeks to improve and then I had my perforation repaired a few years after that. My right cylinder still puts pressure on my urethra and I spray when I pee. But the left cylinder has improved and the pain is less. I was straight before my first surgery but now I point to the left from the base. That made for more pressure and pain on the left cylinder tip with sex.

In your case you would need to move the cylinders closer together. Another idea would be to try ED meds to engorge your glans.
