Hi. I understand the pain issue and HIGHLY recommend wearing Duluth Trading's BUCK NAKED boxer briefs in one size smaller than you would normally wear. Keeps the boys high and tight. This was what got me through the scrotal pain and let me sleep even on my side.
AMS700 CX 21cm with 3 RTE 4-2019 by Dr Natale - failed 5-2021. Revision 6-2021 with issue (scrotal hematoma and infection). Dr. Ryan Terlecki revision 3-28-2022 (AMS700 CX 21cm with 1.5cm RTE). Cylinder failure at 18 months. 24cm AMS700 CX 11-29-2023.

After recovery I found real men underwear on Amazon. They look like an elephant and I feel like one but they really separate the bulge from the usual flat front underwear. Look them up I find them very comfortable and the hold my boys+1 up enough that I don’t have to constantly adjust my pants.

As recommended on the forum, I got the David Archy underwear on Amazon. While they do give more room than my usual Hanes, uncertain if it'll make that much of a difference after surgery.
