I had my implant almost a week ago and like others, soreness in the whole groin area. Wearing boxer briefs that are pretty tight to get support. Waiting to hear from my surgeon if I need to wait three weeks after surgery to start pulling the pump down. Can't image doing that any earlier.

I never had to change the orientation of my pump.... why do others have to do this (and I have had 3 implants).

I NEVER had any scrotal pain whatsoever through the six weeks that I've had my implant. The biggest pains for me were the abdominal incision that I needed due to prior surgery and for a little while the tips of the cylinders bothered my glans. Nothing earth shattering on the pain, didn't even need anything stronger than Tylenol after 2 or 3 days.

One key to that according to my doctor was ICE, ICE, ICE for the first 3-4 days. And good support for the boys.
