Kegels and the Head of the dick

Considering an implant but have a few questions to ask here before I ask Dr Eid.

I can get a good hard on through medical voodoo and all kinds of other crazy shit but it's still frustratingly inconsistent and unreliable.

For those that are implanted, can you still do kegels to the point where you can "pump" blood to the shaft and head of your dick when you're erect? Sort of a internal "squeezing" of the insides of the dick which in turn engorges the head of your cock.

Or - no you can't do that anymore.

Second, as much as I love the thought of an implant, the thought of not being able to have a hard purple mushroom head is a deal breaker. I don't really want to get into all the other reasons why I shouldn't worry about that happening because it's a real fear. Yes I would rather have a limp dick then a rod with a numb cotton ball at the tip that she lies about and says she can still feel.

I realize everyone is different and there are various techniques and methods/protocols/things that can be done to mitigate this from happening but I'm really more interested to get a feel for who/who doesnt have these issues.

side note: looking through all the before & after pics it honestly looks like not many glans are engorged at max pump, maybe 20-30%.

Yes, I still do Kegels, and yes, they somewhat work. I also use tri-mix gel to engorge the entire penis. No "cotton ball" head here. 90-100% engorged.
The reason I got an implant was 100% consistent erections. Also, all the questions you ask on this site...ask your implant doctor.

Why do you say that? Surely hundreds before me have had the same fears and concerns and have gone on to have the surgery anyway yes? What makes me any different?

If your glans engorges pre-implant, in the hands of a good surgeon, it will afterward. The cavernosum and the spongiosum are two separate blood supply systems.

Ok but if the guts of the dick are removed doesn't that reduce it's blood supply to the crown?
