venous leak positions

I would like to ask everyone who suffers from venous leak, can any of you give
me ideas and suggestions for sexual positions that can be used because of the
effects of venous leak? I inject with edex and it's great stuff but when I lay forward
or lean forward when I have sex I start to lose my erection. I have found it's almost
necessary all the time that I stand up to have good sex. Does anyone have any
ideas for sexual positions because of this? The only positions that is really working
is with my wife on her back and her legs on my shoulders while I stand. I love it but
a couple other positions would sure add some variety. Thank You to All
