I tried trimix gel but it arrived in syringes the width of a #2 pencil that they wanted me to insert deep down into my urethra. Horrifying. The you have to hold your penis up so the gel doesn't leak out, which it does anyway. Then my dick got angry and achy and red and not very hard. I only did it a couple of times and gave up. Injecting a needing into the side of my penis is much less scary to me, and much cleaner.

Tri mix gel is Around $150.00 for 1 vial that made 10 doses with supplied injectors. University compounding in San Diego CA 619-683-2005, Worked well.

May I ask what the tri-mix formulation is for the gel that you get from "University Compounding"?

1000mcgalprostadil .5mg phentolamine, .5ml mesylate/lidocaine HCL
prescription said use 5 clicks. I only used 3 clicks. I think the added lidocaine was to off set the pain I had from the alprostadil when I injected trimix.

Guys using the Gel just want glans engorgement. WE already have an implant to make it hard. Now we want it fat and warm.

I have used Vitaros gel. Very simple to use, worked well , and works fast. However they are expensive and oral sex without a condom is not recommended.

Do others find gland engorgement works with ED pills? And if so what dose and brand.
Im trying to see what will work for me going forward.
