Hi Paul its because I had infrapubic and you had prescrotal most likely... Infrapubic heals faster but the risk is the pump can heal up high and needs to be constantly pull down..

Day 12-14: Weekend was much better.. Slowly getting the hang of it. been cycling twice a day. It does pain a lot when its fully inflated. I take it slowly I mostly try to inflate while taking hot bath. Inflating with right hand is better I squeeze few times first few times is more painful but it gets better I give it 5 squeeze leave it then 5 more squeeze leave it the 5 more.. I think with 15 squeezes I am able to fully inflate it maybe couple more.. who counts lol.. Deflation works better for me with left hand its less to no pain using left hand.. its really hard to find the deflation button it hides pretty well needs to keep looking for it and slowly press it while pushing my shaft down.. been looking at different videos for tips and tricks. Since I have circumcision I am unable to touch the glans and just below to deflate its so painful.. But hard to get it deflated all the way down something I need to get used to.. but overall good progress.. This week I will start cycling more each day.. once the pain reduces..

Day 15: I am healing much better pain has reduced significantly. Not taking any pain meds rarely tylenol... but much more manageable.. Bit of pain when I inflate and deflate.. Able to easily inflate even without hot bath but deflate still continues to elude me especially when my scrotum becomes smaller due to cold.. I feel a bit of irritation perhaps due to healing and hair growing.. Swelling has reduced where the incision is.. I think it will take maybe 2 more weeks to completely heal and the plaster to fall off.. My follow up has been pushed out by 2 weeks scheduled on 16th June now so I have 2 more weeks to become better at it..

I guess if its business class I should be fine.. still need some support. With underwear its bit difficult.. more uncomfortable..

Day 20: Feel much better and I think I am getting better at inflating and deflating. Finally my body and mind is getting more sync with the implant and it works the way its supposed to work. I am able to easily deflate it fully( with some effort ofcourse) touch wood.. inflating is still bit painful( 1-2 scale).. but nothing too bad.. I am cycling 2-3 times a day will slowly increase it to more frequency. Just with my work and busy schedule I need to find time.. but I am happy with the progress I have made. Circumcision site is bit annoying and painful its good its healing but the stitches are an asshole it pricks me everywhere. if I wear trousers, shorts, underwear and it really pricks me and its painful.. It should heal completely in next 2-3 weeks and cant wait for the stitches to fall off.. I am applying coconut oil in addition to the antibotic cream so its bit helpful.. Coconut oil has such healing powers especially on wounds.. I was able to drive my car without much pain using some padded seats.. I watched a 3 hour movie in a theatre it was bit uncomfortable but nothing too crazy

One thing though is I am peeing a lot and often.. not sure if its bcoz of implant or what.. The urge to pee is a lot.. I never used to have that before..

I am back again. I was all excited to post my updates but had a temporary glitch but now am back with all the excitement to provide updates
1 month post op: Visited my doctor for the follow up. He inspected everything cycled up and down everything looked great. All scars healed up nice. He removed all the sutures( it didnt fall out by itself the glue was so strong he had to peel it off rough). He asked me to clean and wash off the remaining ones. My circumcision healed up pretty good too. He was very happy to see how it all looked and approved me for sex. He asked me to cycle aggressively and follow something like Dr.Perito's exercise without up down left right just asked me to fully inflate wait and then pump few more wait and them pump few more.. He said that will help increase girth and potentially length as it expands.. He got all excited and got me excited too.. Overall a very positive visit and exciting times ahead (was hoping to have sex the following night) but thats when the unfortunate thing happened the following day when tried to cycle it wouldnt go up. I got scared and anxious (I wrote a seperate post on this Inflation issues in case you followed it). Thankfully within 2 days with the help of my brothers here I was able to fix the issue. Now am back to cycling. But as nature would have it still couldnt have sex with my wife as she has periods but soon soon.. Have a look at these pictures - it looks neat and clean and does look like had a major surgery. I dont think can inflate fully and have sex with my wife. I need to probably inflate it 70%.. Whats interesting is that am able to fully inflate it in 5 pumps or so( All the posts I read say it takes 15 or 20 pumps is it because I have small member or the newer implants are better- Any insights on this?) I am still having some discomfort. I tried to masturbate but didnt feel that good. I couldnt jerk fast maybe very slowly. know it will get better and easier. But for now need to take it slowly..

I also made a comparison picture of my dick using Cialis vs trimix vs implant - I did lose some length( which ill gain eventually) but implant does look and feel THICK.

Hi folks I am back with more updates

Bad news: I am yet to have sex was hoping to have one this past weekend ( my wife got periods then I fell sick due to food poisoning this past weekend) but good news is that

1. I was able to masturbate and ejaculate. It felt bit weird in terms of jerking a hard plastic. I couldnt jerk hard it was bit uncomfortable but the climax was mind blowing. I came like crazy ( I didnt masturbate/cum for like 2-3 months). I could just use couple of my fingers to jerk than my whole hands( its also because I have small dick). Nevertheless good experience. Over the past week I was able to try again the weirdness and discomfort reduced a lot

2. I missed bicycling ( I used to bi cycle not too crazy but like 5-10 miles per day 3 times a week before the surgery). I wanted to try but had a fear of pain etc but I did end up cycling last friday and I felt no pain or discomfort while cycling( I do have good padded seats). I had some pain in my butt but thats because I have a small/flat butt( everything about me is small ). I cycled for about 10 miles. After I reached back home I felt small discomfort in my scrotum but it went off in a hour or so

3. I do sleep with my wife and my little kid( 7 years old). After surgery for a month I slept alone in another room but I missed sleeping with my family. So I gathered my guts and started sleeping with them 1 month post op. All is going well. My kid did kick me few times in my butt ( as I was turned the other way around from him) and I didnt feel any pain.. The pain in my shaft and scrotum and the discomfort is reducing day by day week by week

4. I used to get a lot of discomfort in the glans also because of my circumcision( while wearing underwear rubbing against my glans, during shower - water hitting my glans etc).. but now its all gone( almost) feel very little discomfort( no matter what underwear I wear and even if water hits directly my glans( cold water too as its super hot here)

Overall great progress.. Just cant wait to have sex.. ( I am traveling to Asia in August for work but I need to be prepared for it with lots of practice
