Sildenafil chaser?

I've been implanted since late 2018. I read that the stirring in my loins or the feeling of a blood engorged unit, was not going to be same. I also read that some folks add sildenafil or tri mix to add blood flow to the glans. Does this also help with libido? I used to do testosterones capsule implants until my body would expel them (and I don't need any more body hair.... hairy enough).

Anyway I need some advice in how to get my mojo back. Right now we are on a 2-3 week schedule, where we used to have a pretty active sex life...it was fun!! Anyway now 62-63 years old, and feel that is too young to not pursue a remedy.

Also would the sildenafil help with overall blood flow? sensations?

I haven't been on in a while....but always appreciated the advice.

I wouldn't want to have sex with my implant without sildenafil or tadalafil. It just makes sex so much better. Get some sildenafil and try it!

I use Sildenafil because it increases spongiosum and glans engorgement, and also improves sensitivity because (I believe) of increased engorgement.

I don’t think there is much risk in experimenting if you previously tolerated sildenafil well and don’t have heart issues, As always, it’s prudent to start with a low dosage and titrate up until you get the desired effect or discontinue if side effects aren’t tolerable.

As for my personal experience, for glans engorgement I have tried double daily Cialis -- 2x5 mg -- slldenafil, nitro bid, and trimix gel.

Of those I have my best luck with the cialis and trimix gel. The gel is expensive especially since I seem to need a large amount -- likely due to how high my tolerance became to Trimix injections prior to my implant. BUT it works really well though for me, it takes about an hour to kick in -- weird...But then it lasts for hours.

Does that increase my libido, not sure... it certainly gives me confidence!

For Libido have you looked at PT141. My doctor says he has had good feedback on it. My
Libido has always been high and on TRT therapy that causes it to be even greater so I can’t say from experience.

Of the major PDE inhibitors, I have always gotten major glans engorgement from Vardenafil. For some reason Cialis doesn't engorge my glans and spongiosum at all. Sildenafil is somewhere in the middle.
