Has anyone kept their original size after implant

I thought if one was above average in length Titan was the better choice? 9” is very large and a Titan was implanted, did he keep all of his length with the Titan implant?

The revision surgeon was a woman. Not that that is an issue, but the “his dick” comment is still sort of applicable. I will post a set of before, and after, and after pictures if I can find a similar frame of reference for all.

Good observation. He may have went with the Titan because of his girth but he should have adjusted the Titan for the AMS's stretching abilities. I bet if it was his dick, the surgeon, he would have factored that in LOL

Interesting note. After I posted that. I worked the general rule of 2/3 out & 1/3 in. Sure enough, within reason, he was getting 30cm out of his AMS. Perhaps a bit more. The numbers do add up using either method.
I haven't done this. But I bet the 25% (if it was a LGX?) girth stretch puts him in a similar cylinder diameter as the Titan. Soooo long story short. He lost length & maybe broke even on the girth.
Obviously I must be wrong. Everyone knows that Titans rule.

There goes the convo. "A Titan", just saying or getting a Titan is only part of the picture. I think that Coloplast offers a custom Titan that is 2cm longer than what is commonly available. We haven't even talked about RTE's. They have to be considered cause they make up the total implant length.
Even Kramer mentioned that the Titan was a great name. Would it sell as well if they named it the "Princes" model?

I have a Titan 24cm with two 1.5 cm rte's. I'm 7.25 in length so he so he should have gotten a 28 cm at least

I found this medical study co-authored by Dr Karpman but unfortunately I don’t have access to the complete study. Has anyone read the full version?

It is only from pages 887-889, so it's not long, but I am curious to see what it says.

Worth a read if you're interested. What I take from it is a bunch of reasons why there really shouldn't be any losses in length, despite that still being the most common patient complaint. If the procedure is done right and if you exercise it like you should, losing length is unlikely.

Just keep using it and doing the bending exercises, sex masterbation all help, it’s a routine you can embrace. Pun intended.
You are still early in your first year, it’ll come- ops did it again.
