Feeling better today-just wondering how many have these feelings?

Have you tried taking something like Cialis? Increasing blood flow to the area always makes me much hornier, as my dick is more likely to get engorged at sexual thoughts when on cialis

I am two weeks and two days post op… at the one week staple removal my Dr deflated me some so I’m able to at least put my penis off to the side and mostly up. Have to wear two pair of tight underwear. My first 7 days was a little rough as I laid flat on my back first three days and iced pretty much non stop and decreased the amount of time on my back and icing as the next week went by. At 2 weeks I’ve been running around pretty much doing what I need to do as far as no. Physical work goes. I do realize what you say about having an erection and no physical horniness… as others stated it’s definitely a separate thing now. I Faught ED with pills for 10 years and injections for 18 months. I was so ready to get my implant that I am very positive about this experience. I’ve even told my wife if I complain or poute about this experience please just slap me!! Lol. I wanted this!! It was my best and final option! I asked for this when I had the surgery. I did ridiculous amounts of research about what I would and could feel after surgery so feel that I was as prepared as I can be… try to stay positive and hangs in there…. It will get better and then this will all be just a bad memory… by the way three weeks prior to my implant I had a terrible fall and ripped two rotator muscles my bicep and fractured my shoulder. Had surgery 20 days prior on shoulder so have been thru the mill this past month!

I want: Feel exactly as you described in original comment except I view my situation as worse than yours. With PCa induced complete ED, PD and PD associated narrowing due to scar tissue the only option was AMS CXR. Called CXR as it indicates expansion reduced. It will expand with girth but no length. I had plication, implant and scrotoplasty. From my understanding due to its nature plication has a tendency to result in loss of length. Don't feel I have much to look forward too but only healing and time will tell. I will battle on as it is what it is. Best of luck to you.

I had the same issue. Could not orgasm at first. Shaft was numb. Especially the loose skin on under side. Drove me nuts. At just over a month I was finally able to orgasm. It got easier and easier as time went by. Within about 10 weeks or so it was about normal. Has been one year since surgery. All is great. Be patient. Don’t expect much for the first month or so.

thanks… I’m only 2 1/2 weeks out so I’m anxious to get the recovery over with… But I stay 60% inflated for six weeks so it’s a long time… I’m sure each doctor is different… But I’m appreciative of the replies and that other men have these feelings during recovery as I continuously say WTF did I do to myself? But with many of the positive responses it seems like it will all clear… I’m still concerned about this new pump joining my scrotum and how I will ever put jeans on again. Anyone comfortably wearing jeans and pants other than big sloppy shorts and soft material shorts and things like that? I still work and I’m not retired and can’t just sit home in soft comfortable clothing so I’m hoping that jeans and slacks or something I can return to…

I think in a couple months when you’re able to please your wife like never before your mental health will heal. I had ED and I couldn’t please my wife, it was miserable for my male ego. Implant was a no brainer. 8 months after implant (I’d screw a car with an open gas tank if it stopped long enough). My ego is doing great and my wife is very pleased that I had this done. We have sex nightly. Not enough for me, I’m trying to make up for lost time.
