It does in fact function without any pain. I wish I had a pre-curve picture to show a comparison, but what I am presenting in these pictures is definitely not what I started with.

Steve87 - Didn't you mention in an earlier post that Dr. Eid had told you that your left cylinder was too long and recommended a revision to shorten the left and even out the cylinder lengths? I wonder if the left cylinder buckling is related to this implant length mismatch?

I also have a left curve, I’m almost 4 weeks post op and the doctor said it should straighten up as I cycle it. I always had a slight left curve but then I got Peyronies and the left curve got worse. After corrective peyronies surgery it was shorter but straight, over the last few years the bend came back and the doctor said the previous dr. Should have told me to use a ved to stretch the grafting but I never did and as my ED got worse I stopped have that much sex so it didn’t get stretched much. I’m going back for a scrotum revision in a few months and the dr said he was going to put some cuts in the previous grafting to straighten it more, it is not as curved when I pump it up

Hey Steve - My appointment this week is in-person. I have been cycling daily and have noted all of my findings, which I will share with the doctor. Some unexpected things were discovered (such as the left cylinder not inflating during the first 20 pumps). I have detailed everything below.

<> First 20 pumps: only the right cylinder inflates, becoming noticeably firm and larger. The left cylinder has not inflated at all at this point. The left cylinder is still soft and pliable. There is lot of curvature and indentation. The right tip extends measurably further into my glans.
<>After the first 20 pumps (20-50ish): The left cylinder begins to fill and "catches up" to the right cylinder to a degree. However, the left cylinder does not fill out as completely or for quite the same length as the right. But. the tips are more even now. There is still noticeable curvature and indentation, as per my original pictures. The right base bulges out on the opposite side of where the left side dents inward. My glans its angling towards the left because the left cylinder does not extend as far into the glans as the right. Also, if you pull my scrotum skin away and look at the base of my dick, it appears to coming out of my body slight angled to the right, and immediately curves to the left (presumably due to the indentation on the left side).
<>When I deflate just using the deflate button (not squeezing the cylinders): The implant will become straight. Very strange. The right cylinder at the base is still noticeably bulkier than the left, but there is no more curvature. No idea why this is the case.

My base case still stands that it is likely a kink in the left cylinder. A close second idea is that the original plaque that gave me peyronies has come back, years after the surgery, and is now now constricting the cylinder in that area. During an initial virtual call with Eid he did not believe this was possible, and the this forum in general tends to agree with him. Another idea is that some kind of encapsulation occurred during a long period of non-use. But again, this is years after the surgery and should not be an issue. I cycled daily for months beyond the recommended timeframe given by Eid and continued to use it almost daily for the first few years. I think the first 2 potential issues are an easy revision fix. However, if its encapsulation, then this will be more difficult to figure out.

I will know more by the end of this week in regards to best next steps. I can see this going one of 2 ways. 1. I need a revision to correct the left cylinder. or 2. I keep it as it is and I try Urofill to fill in and round out the dent on the left side.

What if possible is to have my implant be like the first 2 years post-surgery and to figure out how to make sure this doesn't happen again (within my power). There seems to be a disagreement in general on this community on whether cycling outside of the surgeon's recommended post-op timeframe is of benefit. Eid has so much experience that I believe he would recommended extended cycling if he thought it was of benefit. However, I can also understand the opposite line of thinking that cycling regularly indefinitely could potentially prevent something like this. At the same time, I also understand that this may have happened no matter what I did.

Is the first picture when you are pumped?

Despite a huge amount of curvature due to peyronies pre-op, my implant was straight as an arrow post-op.

I often wonder if VED would have helped me post-op, but I had tried it pre-op and it gave me a really bad stinging sensation even when I used it lightly. The sensation instinctually made me feel that I should do use the VED anymore. a

Nothing wrong with how your dick looks, to me. Many men have naturally curving dicks to one side or the other. If it's not interfering with your ability to have sex then it's just a cosmetic preference. If I saw your dick I would never think it was anything but a great looking dick and a normal curve. Just my two sense worth.

Hey Cindium,
I've noticed no issues about inflation. Both cylinders fills equally at the same time in my case (left side goes a little further into the glans, but this was the same also at the beginning). I have no issues other than the bulk at the base of the left cylinder. Also no pain on the bulk area. It's just somehow weird because touching it I can feel the kink/bulk. I started inflating daily again from about 2 weeks but I noticed no changes. I also try to keep my penis pointed up as much as possible because, being the kink downward, I hope it can somehow straighten and settle down.
Dr. Eid has not replied to me, I don't know why.. I sent him a detailed email with photos 3/4 days ago. I will resend him the email tomorrow. I'll wait for your after-visit update on this thread!

RoninRiff wrote:Steve87 - Didn't you mention in an earlier post that Dr. Eid had told you that your left cylinder was too long and recommended a revision to shorten the left and even out the cylinder lengths? I wonder if the left cylinder buckling is related to this implant length mismatch?

Hey Ronin,
yes, in the first few months after the surgery I had pain on left tip that goes a little bit further into the glans and Dr. Eid, during a virtual visit suggested me a revision to shorten the cylinder to avoid the pain. I decided to wait for various reasons and after 1/2 month of further inflating and Penimaster usage the pain disappeared.
But I'm also thinking the the bulk/kink may be related to the cylinder being too long. Anyway if that's the reason it's strange that I didn't have it from the beginning. And in my previous ams implant that had the same length of my current titan ( 25 cm) I had no bulks or kinks.
