Not necessary man! Medication works great for you as you said and sometimes you do not even need it. Sounds like you are really getting in your head. Can you see a therapist for this?
Re: Kind Suggestions!! Matter of life...
Brother I would urge you to take a risk in life and talk to this woman, most women are very understanding and respect a man who shares his vulnerability. The worse that can happen is she rejects you and leaves you which is highly unlikely and you lose her anyway if you walk away yourself without saying anything. If you take a risk and discuss it with her she will probably care for you even more and this could open up your life with a loving and understanding partner. Your biggest problem right now is not your ED it’s your shame and fear which is stopping you from achieving happiness. You are not alone there are many brothers on here you can talk to who understand and have been through what you are going through. Try and talk to us feel free to message me

Hi penitratment…. I have posted this same reply to several people on Frank talk that appear to be threatening suicide! When you say leaving this world is an option it’s very scary to those of us who have lost a family member to suicide. Besides your ED and maybe some other issues you need to understand that as long as you’re on this earth there is hope, a potential cure, and a happy life. If you leave this earth it’s over.. we are only here one time… Also, if you were to commit suicide you need to think about all of your family and friends that love you and their lives would be destroyed forever. We will never get over the loss of our loved one who was 35 years old and I just want you to know that you need to call the suicide hotline if you’re seriously considering dying by suicide. PM If you Want to discuss further… Just remember if you’re on this earth there is hope… if you leave this earth it’s over…
Stay alive… it’s worth being here!!

It is very difficult time for me. No one can help me even my family. I'm alone, thinking all the time about my ED. As the time goes, I'm more prone to commit suicide. Early decision to get an implant can be life changing but I'm restricted due to out of pocket. When there is no hope, suicide is permanent solution.
Thank you all for your support!!

ED due to VL. Implant is the last resort. Tried Cialis 5mg that works but have Chinese brand.

penitreatment,
You have been given much support and many solid suggestion. One of the things that hasn't been mentioned is prayer. Do you know how? Do you need some help? Private mail me if you do.
My observation for people with serious problems that focuses a lot on themselves is too look outside yourself and into the lives of the less fortunate. Be of service, volunteer, to the less fortunate which can really lift a person up and give them value, self esteem and confidence.
Lastly, get out and move. Exercise stimulates the endorphins which make a person feel good.
This may be too much, but force yourself to at least take some baby steps.
You will be in my prayers (actually are already).
May God Bless you...(He doesn't make junk)

As everyone has encouraged - honest; open dialog is the only viable solution. A partner will either understand or they are not the right partner (IMHO).
This is an issue that has varied potential solutions (pills, implants, etc). BUT it also requires candid awareness and understanding from your partner.
I second the motion to not overlook getting with a therapist who might help you work through some of the underlying issues. Good luck!

Many of you are missing what he has posted. This is an arraigned marriage. Not going through with the marriage would likely bring shame to 1 or both families. Due to economics, even a lower cost malleable isn't an option to him. All these benefits that we in the western world have at our finger tips are not available to him. Even mental health counseling would be a reach.
We have it pretty good compared to some parts of the world.

Every woman is different, some women only like oral, some they like only partial erection, some don't like sex, some love sex.......
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years
