Training during healing

I am scheduled for a Titan implant in about 2 weeks. I've read here during the healing process to always point the penis up with tight underwear or a jock strap so it doesn't heal pointed down. My question is how long does this healing part of the process take? Appreciate all answers.

Congrats on upcoming procedure.

Lots of variables to consider - but you can expect 3 - 4 weeks for recovery. 2-3 of those weeks semi inflated and shaft pointed upwards in a jock strap or similar. The bruising and swelling will subside between week 2-3.

Don't rush the recovery. FOLLOW docs orders to the letter of the law.

18 days post surgery. No weigh training but using treadmill - walking after 7 days. Keeping the penis up is very very uncomfortable but it is what it is. I try to vary from straight up , a bit to the right and a bit to the left. Just got off a 4 hour flight. Ouch. Had to move my dick periodically.
