Underwear

Postby iwantanewone » Tue Jun 07, 2022 5:43 pm

Hey guys… There’s a lot of talk on here about different types of underwear… Most seem to like brands that separate the penis from the testicles… Is this a new way of life that we must have this type of underwear? Are briefs gone forever? Additionally, at what point does the testicle soreness leave and you don’t pay so much attention to when you’re sitting down and such…

Anyone that’s had an implant for a while that it’s just a part of life and you don’t notice it and you can wear briefs at home or nude or is any of that comfortable ever again?

Thanks for all the replies from the newly implanted as well as the long haulers so to speak… :D

I’ll be three weeks tomorrow since my implant(titan 21cm infrapubic) first week was pretty much couldn’t stand nothing touching anything! Second week was able to wear two pair tight briefs with penis up and to the side but had to wear loose basket ball style shorts. Last few days been wearing Seperatec undies which work great as far as separating your dick from everything else and down only problem I’m having is it’s still way too uncomfortable to wear jeans no matter how I position myself. Surely in next couple weeks I’ll be able to wear jeans. Just too tender

After a month, I could hardly tell anything was any different while standing and wearing regular underwear. Sitting down, the pump was apparant, but after another couple of months, things settled in and it became my new normal and indistinguishable from how I had been all my life. (By "settled in", I mean, settled in in my brain, not necessarily in my scrotum.)

Sitting down in my car's driver's seat remained reminding me of a pump in my scrotum for several months and still does sometimes. But it is not painful nor even inconvenient. Just the edge of the bucket seat is a bit more apparant to me.

4 years with ipp. I have an additional small pump operate a artificial urinary spintcher. I like from the beginning David Archy bikini briefs because of the bamboo material feels like silk. Recently tried Sepra tech briefs with separate spot for my penis. Threw them in the trash. didn't like them at all.

The separate pouch underwear feel great for a while after surgery, but aren't necessary. Once things settle down, anything you like is fine. I personally wear mostly boxer briefs but i can wear anything comfortable.

I enjoyed trying the David Archy 2-pouch briefs for a while, and they added comfort when everything was still tender. It was worth the expenditure for me, but I don't use them anymore.

any underwear works well for me. If I like to feel hanging, I wear boxers, I I like to be "controlled" I wear whitie briefs. If I like to hide my penis, I wear tight bikini style underwear (that really does keep everything in so I can wear pants that are flanel or linen). I suppose if i really wanted to hide it, Imight try a "dance belt" which is what male ballerinas (or male gymnasts) use when they have those tights on in front of a big audience

you can find dance belts on amazon. Key words are Professional Men Dance Belt for ballet practice gymnastics exercise safety pant

So here's the thing with your comfort level. Consider the following. You have to support the scrotum that will ease your pain. I have several different kinds. I can't fit in a pouch and seam lines tend to rub. I wear a tight bamboo/spandex/nylon that allows the penis to lay at 3-4 oclock. But it's tight against me. It acts like a jock for doing outdoor work or heavy lifting. I don't want the thing buckling while I'm trying to do something. For just kicking around I have seperatecs but would prefer to hang. There are several options to do that but again, the key is scrotum support. Some may look silly, but it's about comfort. I do wear just something that just lets me hang at home, oversized shorts, or terry cloth fitness shorts (long). The issue that comes up for me is sitting for an extended period of time. Everything, scrotum wise, sinks, unless you are wearing support and it becomes uncomfortable. Otherwise, you have to get up and adjust. I have shorts that are designed to keep the gear together at night. They support the scrotum but allow some hang for the penis. I use to sleep buff but rolling over and catching a bind will definitely wake you up. I recommend, for the short term, support. Then wander until you find the angle of the dangle you are comfortable with.
