I have pelvic floor dysfunction due to a genetic disease
Tried everything
Can get erect to 70% laying with manual stimulation but in standing position my dick shrunk and loose connection with mind

Endodtheline, yes please do. From my understanding it seems that having an implant with HF doesn't make any real difference from other patients, but it wuold be interesting anyway to read about your post-op. Also if you feel comfortable doing so it wuold be great to have pics pre and post op. Good luck and congratulations for your decision to take this step

From my understanding it seems that having an implant with HF doesn't make any real difference from other patients, but it wuold be interesting anyway to read about your post-op. Also if you feel comfortable doing so it wuold be great to have pics pre and post op. Good luck and congratulations for your decision to take this step

how wouldnt it make a difference? HF is caused by a chronic constriction of the bulbo and ischiocavernosus muscles, when they are constricted they flex within the penis (hence the hardness). but the procedure destroys the muscles and tissue that cause HF. potentially PF symptoms not related to your penis may remain (abdominal pain, trouble pooping, chronic low libido with good T levels etc). but anything penis related will be replaced by implant.

its the nuclear option that removes any organic ability to get an erection, and replaces it with cylinders. the closest we have to a case study is a user that has Post-Finastiride syndrome. he had his fair share of PF symptoms that were resolved with an implant.

Well, we will not know for certain until i get it for myself, so i will update everybody through my journal.

P.S please provide a source for your claim that it does not make any real difference, ive torn this forum apart trying to find HF sufferers that had an implant.

The implant procedure doesn’t destroy the bulbo and ischiocavernous muscles, does it?

You need the bulbo for ejaculation, for squeezing the last pee out, and the ischiocavernous among other things for flexing/stabilizing the penis when hard and probably for helping to point it up instead of down.

I think you misunderstood me. Surely if you have pain or other pelvic floor issues, the implant will not fix them obviously, what I meant is that the satisfaction on the penis/erectile aspect should remain good and invariated.

It destroys the erectilr tissues in the penis, the pelvic floor muscles flex those tissues. Hence, when the erectile tissue is destroyed, HF is eradicated. The PF muscles are not destroyed.

Ah okay i must have misunderstood
I thought you were saying that the muscles themselves are destroyed, which is false. But yes, the erectile tissue is destroyed. The muscles will still be attached to the fibrous sheath surrounding that tissue, though....which will be surrounding the implants instead once your surgery is finished.
