Can you elaborate on what you have tried OP, and how long for? It usually takes a long time for consistent pelvic floor physiotherapy to have an effect. Which genetic condition is responsible for your pelvic floor dysfunction?

I thought you were saying that the muscles themselves are destroyed, which is false. But yes, the erectile tissue is destroyed. The muscles will still be attached to the fibrous sheath surrounding that tissue, though....which will be surrounding the implants instead once your surgery is finished.
By fibrous sheath do you mean the tunica albuginea? I think I see what you're getting at but I don't think it would interfere with an IPP in the case of an HF implantee, in my humble opinion.
