I suffer from ED due to peins enlargment exersise by home made penis pump from 10 years. But i have lost alote of senstivity from it. May be i will lost ejaculation. I am afread from infection too. If i lost my implant i will lost all my dick.

I go to to Pelvic floor doctor who discover a large lump in my Pelvic floor. And my bladder over it location. Wondering if i have uranige problem. Then He release and trager 2 large tube That connect nerves and blood supply That was very pain full to me. And He said your Pelvic floor is fucked. I think your erection problem from That cramping. And that give me some releaf but i told to pt and urologist That i want to do cavernosography to make sure i dont have vessel damage in my penis but they discourage me due to the amount of needles in this test and my good doppler result. I know That i have zero control of mind to erection. And doctors said That from masterbation all this years. I am to afread bause i over pumping without limiter with my home made penis pump made by large bottel of Juices.

My flaccid get hard when i stand up for a While. And yes i am Pelvic floor cramping. Doctor said your Pelvic floor in very worest

OP I suggest making a new thread in the Hard Flaccid/Pelvic Floor Dysfunction board and reading the resources on there. You have a pelvic floor issue and need pelvic floor physiotherapy, there is a chance you can fix things without resorting to an implant.
