Ed has great stress on mind. Guys are living stressful life because of this.
I have questions from implanted men. They have stress due to ED and now are implanted. Do you think it's the better idea to get implant rather to stuck in the ED and remain stressful. Stress and ED both destroy the quality of life. With an implant both the factors can go from life.

Depression and an Implant
ED due to VL. Implant is the last resort. Tried Cialis 5mg that works but have Chinese brand.
Re: Depression and an Implant
There’s been a lot of sad-to-read posts on here lately but I know enough to know that yes, ED crushes the spirit and thus, in turn, destroys a man’s life from within.
I’ve read many posts that allude to the implant restoring high levels of confidence and hugely improved quality of life.
I just hope to god it’s the vast majority of cases.

I got my implant at age 31 (last year) and my life is SO much better now. I can have sex whenever I want with no worries... It is truly amazing and I have been putting the implant to work since then.

Re: Depression and an Implant
I’ve only had my implant for 4 weeks and one day and have used it on my wife twice for sex and 3 other times either manually or orally. It is definitely a confidence booster to know it will work! I’m definitely on an uphill trend with my mental state. BUT…. I’ve had a very easy healing and started pumping at 2 weeks and had first sex at 3 weeks… and still it not an easy surgery to go thru! I only used two pain pills and probably 8-10 times I’ve popped a few ibuprofen, but it’s very uncomfortable to say the least and wears on a man to deal with this surgery. If you keep looking to what you will have when it’s over and how well it will work… you can get they it.not trying to be a downer, but it’s a bit stressful to get to the point where you can start reaping the benefits, but OHHH MY GOODNESS!!! Had it ever been worth it!
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

Hey man,
How do you rationalist the drawbacks of getting an implant and at such a young age?
That’s not meant to be phrased in a rhetorical and standoffish way, I genuinely want to know your risk/benefit rationale…
Same boat here, man
Re: Depression and an Implant
for me ED was a great heavy black cloud that was on me 24-7. Part of me was gone and I felt that I was not a whole man. ED changed that. When I decide to have this surgery the cloud was gone even before surgery. I was going to be whole again. I am not in a relationship now but have used the new me on women since surgery. But what is dose is that if I meet some one I can go to that level of having sex. Before if I meet a women it was really bad. All I could do was think about not being able to get an erection if we really like each other and wanted that. A real life changer for me.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

Re: Depression and an Implant
You need to read all the posts before you decide. It’s like looking for something on Amazon, you look at reviews, throw out most of the 1 star reviews because they’re many times just pissed off, throw away about 50% of the 5 star reviews and then read the rest. Most guys, myself included feel like shit when we can no longer perform in bed. The male ego is huge and that is a huge downer, so for me being implanted was a no brainer. I’m in a new 2nd marriage and we are very active in bed. After the implant I feel like I’m on top of the world in the bedroom knowing I can outlast any 18 year old while I’m reading a book or doing my taxes. Total game changer and so happy I chose the implant. My wife is multi orgasmic over it as well. Just both sides of the story for you to think about. I think my screen name says enough

Re: Depression and an Implant
Agree I was under severe depression and anxiety. I never performed all through my life. Tried almost every possible treatment out there( except maybe PRP, Shockwave) nothing really worked out for me. Finally after 2 years of research and contemplation made the best decision of my life. I wish I knew about this 10 years back but better late than never. I am still only 40 years old so have a long life ahead. But getting an implant is a big decision take time its a grueling process - I call it as test of the crucible.. you need to go through pain and suffering to get something thats life changing ( ofcourse there is risks of failure, complications, size issues, financial issues etc) need to account for everything and make up your mind if you are ready for it( mentally and physically) and you need good support system too( during recovery stage).
Implant should be the last option not the first ( may not even be the 3rd or the 5th especially for youngsters).. Work with a good urologist to figure out good options before choosing implant..

40 yrs old. Have ED and PE all my life. Never had penetrative sex all my life. Tried almost all kinds of options( pills, injections, natural therapies etc. Turned Bionic on May 17'22 with Titan by Dr.Karpman infrapubic approach.16cm+2 RTE
Re: Depression and an Implant
ED made me depressed and stressed. Worse is I had to suffer through it three times. Pills failed after a while, back to ED issues and deeper depression. Injections failed after a while, super depressed to suffer with another round of ED problems. Finally had my implant. Once I healed and figured out what a bionic dick can do I've kept the wife (and myself) happy. It took a while, but after my confidence came back no more depressed feelings.

Bro I went through the same thing. I'm 61, 25 years of ED. 18 years of pills and 7 years of shots..The shots stopped working 2 years ago, I know what you mean about the depression. I was implanted three days ago. I'm already happy. Pumping it for the first time, having a hell of a time with the pain (only from cycling three days out.) My wife is relieved that it all went well. Im looking forward to having my real life back.
61 yo. Ed at 36. Pills for 20 years. Tri-mix etc stopped working 2 years ago..
