I have questions from implanted men. They have stress due to ED and now are implanted. Do you think it's the better idea to get implant rather to stuck in the ED and remain stressful. Stress and ED both destroy the quality of life. With an implant both the factors can go from life.

I got my implant at age 31 (last year) and my life is SO much better now. I can have sex whenever I want with no worries... It is truly amazing and I have been putting the implant to work since then.

Hey man,

How do you rationalist the drawbacks of getting an implant and at such a young age?

That’s not meant to be phrased in a rhetorical and standoffish way, I genuinely want to know your risk/benefit rationale…

Same boat here, man

The drawbacks of an implant can be fixed over time, implant build your confidence, self esteem, manhood etc. A rare person is unhappy with the outcome due to bad surgery. Issues due to surgery can be fixed. But a man with ED live in a horrible condition.
ED due to VL. Implant is the last resort. Tried Cialis 5mg that works but have Chinese brand.

Tried almost every possible treatment out there( except maybe PRP, Shockwave) nothing really worked out for me. Finally after 2 years of research and contemplation made the best decision of my life. I wish I knew about this 10 years back but better late than never. I am still only 40 years old so have a long life ahead. But getting an implant is a big decision take time its a grueling process - I call it as test of the crucible.. you need to go through pain and suffering to get something thats life changing ( ofcourse there is risks of failure, complications, size issues, financial issues etc) need to account for everything and make up your mind if you are ready for it( mentally and physically) and you need good support system too( during recovery stage).

Implant should be the last option not the first ( may not even be the 3rd or the 5th especially for youngsters).. Work with a good urologist to figure out good options before choosing implant..

I couldn't agree more!!! I would think an implant would be the last resort. It is surgery. You say you have success with Cialis, then continue to use it! Injections with auto-injector also work very well initially. With ED, you need to have an understanding partner who does not take it personally and accepts it is a physical condition brought on by either physical maladies or a psychological block. Regardless of reason, sex is an important part of a healthy life. At your age I suggest you climb the ladder to an implant rung by rung. There is nothing like the arousal from a natural erection. I don't recommend jumping to the top. If nothing else works - then it's implant time.

Tadalafil daily 5mg is almost nothing. It's prescribed also for prosthate.
As long as you're a good respondent even to such a low dose just relax.

If cialis 5 mg works well for you I would be extremely dumb to get an implant. Plenty of people take that stuff now like a vitamin. It’s a super small dose and basically nothing

yeah. It would be extremely unwise to get an implant if such a low dose works well most of the time. Many guys take this shit like candy nowadays. Most of my friends (who have no issues) pop 10 mg all the time for fun. Plenty of guys in the fitness industry take this stuff as well.

I agree with the others. Don't even think of an implant, since Cialis works for you. I know many other young guys who take dick pills, for fun, for extra confidence and stamina, or because they are on ADHD medications or SSRIs. It is totally normal nowadays, no different from having a beer or whatever.

I have struggled during the past 2 years with ED. Many depressing nights with performance problems. My partner encouraged me to research the Implant. He knew a "pornstar" who had one. I spoke with him, got Dr referrals and even met a couple of guys who used Miami surgeons.

I picked the Dr I felt comfortable with and had the best reference.

Implanted June 1st, aggressively cycling and so far looking real good. Can't wait to try it out.

I guess I just felt like there was no pro/con decision because I couldn't go on living the way I was, with a dick that didn't work right, you know? Just couldn't keep passing up women forever till I die. The implant was the only way to have good sex again so I had to go for it. So to me, whatever drawbacks there are like going on for more surgeries in the future etc, are just an accepted part of life now.

Part of living with depression is how you handle stressors in life. People with depressed brains can't/don't handle these things well. In my opinion, you have to tackle the depression, earlier the better. The implant event may or may not happen along the way.

i was depressed, to a mild degree, before implant because i had bad erectile dysfunction which was getting in the way of enjoying a vigorous sex life. Now with the implant, sex life is great, and in turn, because of the way my psyche is wired, a solid sex life means a solid overall outlook on all of my life....so, yes, implant has been mind changing for me (but agree with others, get the implant once everything else has failed to fix your ED)
