It has been stated by one of the higher volume well known implant doctors that the IPP is the only thing that stops size loss from ED. I would start VED therapy and maybe very gentle stretching exercise and get thing going in the works for surgery. I was grumpy to everyone when I had ED. When I decided to have surgery it improved my whole life. Made me whole again. But we are all different and if you are fine the way you are now then that is your choice. Just realize that size loss will most likely continue with out do something, Ved and stretching exercise helps and lets the doctor place longer OAL length cylinders. Or keeps you from shrinking to a inny that is difficult or impossible to pull out to pee standing up. It may depend on your health and out look on how many years left you have where this is important. The full recovery time is long and you have a lot of cycling work to do after a lot of waiting. As far as my outlook on this I hope someone else will need to deflate me after I'm dead. That is my wish of dying in bed.

I continue to consider an implant but wonder if it would be worth it because of my size. I am maybe 4” - 4-1/4” inches when erect back when injections worked for me. They no longer do and haven’t for some time now. I see a lot of men with 6+ inch dicks but rarely any that are my size in this forum.

Could anyone post flaccid and erect implanted pictures if you care to do so?

It’s true that average size and below is grossly under represented on FT. That’s been discussed many times.

To me “worth it” has nothing to do with size. I think of the US Army’s recruiting slogan; “Be All That You Can Be”. If ED is causing stress and insecurities in your life, that baggage will never let you be the best person and partner you can be. That applies equally regardless of penis size.

yes it is definitely worth it regardless of size.

Franktalk is BRUTAL for men who are below average sixe (average is a little over 5 inches erect). This site is filled with guys posting pictures of there giant cocks. I hate that about franktalk.

Here is a thought. IF YOU ARE MOTIVATED. Find a doc who will give you an LGX. Ask for infrapubic surgery and have surgical glue to seal the wound. No external stiches. Here comes the good part. Start using VED therapy after surgery. I began at 2 weeks. You might still be able to buy a cheap one for under 20 dollars. According to studies the minimum gain after one year is 1 1/4 inches. So instead of 4 you get about 5 1/4. It also improves overall size and function too. The down side is that once you stretch out your LGX you might need to use VED about once a month to keep things going. I stopped after 9 months lost 1/2 inch of my gain and still use VED on rare occasions. Good luck
