Are briefs gone forever? Additionally, at what point does the testicle soreness leave and you don’t pay so much attention to when you’re sitting down and such…

Anyone that’s had an implant for a while that it’s just a part of life and you don’t notice it and you can wear briefs at home or nude or is any of that comfortable ever again?

Thanks for all the replies from the newly implanted as well as the long haulers so to speak… :D

Three years and counting. I've always worn loose underwear. only problem I have is falling out of my fly. Even with an LGX the stiffness is enough to be a constant issue. other than that it's business as usual.

I have absolutely no use for a fly on my underwear. in briefs the fly was completely useless for access to my penis (I just pull the waistband down for urination). In boxers, over the waistband or pulling up the leg is easier to do than fishing around for the (elusive) fly opening.

So, just my unsolicited suggestion. Stitch the fly closed and just go over the waistband or out the leg hole.

That's funny I'm of the same opinion. Sometimes when I accidentally put them on backwards I think wow, what's happening here. Then of course I notice.

Quick note. Just ordered the Separatec underwear. I'm usually size size 34 to 36 and both Large and X-Large bit me. Ordered the Bamboo ones since these were recommended on this forum. I love them, granted my operation is six weeks from today.
