Girth expectations

God was not entirely cruel to me. Although I was robbed of length due to Peyroines I maintained most of my substantial girth. As I study results from monitoring this board it seems that 5.5 inches in girth has been the maximum girth attained from an implant, notably the Titan. For those over 6 inches in girth is there likely to be a girth loss or has anyone been able to maintain a 6 inch girth post implant?

I kept all of my girth, even after 3rd implant. Bit over 6" around...

From my reading here, it seems that most guys, even those above 6 inches, keep, or even gain, girth with the Titan.

I lost a little bit of girth but i make up for it with stamina and a long lasting erection suitable for any reason or occasion. I hate the girth I lost but my wife loves that we can basically have sex anytime anywhere. So the trade off is worth it for me.

My peyronies cost me length and girth. At one time my girth was 6 2/3 to 6 3/4 or so. With my LGX I can get up to 5 1/2 most times. I seldom fully inflate so 5 1/4 is probably typical. I never missed losing girth though. Titan expands up to 24mm. I would imagine that if you can get full expansion that would give you over 6.

I was only a bit over at 5.7" but yeah, at least for me what you've heard about 5.5" being the maximum seems true. Got an AMS 700 LGX and stuck at 5.5" girth since the start.

5.5" girth is not the maximum. There are guys here, myself included, who are over an inch over that.
If you have maintained your elasticity you should keep all your girth with the Titan

Titan expands up to 24mm. I would imagine that if you can get full expansion that would give you over 6.

Is that the XL Titan or the normal? I'm on the 22cm, missed the XL implant by a couple centimeters. I'm also interested in where you were able to find the max diameter of the Titan cylinders, I haven't been able to find their specifications on the Coloplast site.

I have found that info before on their site but not sure where. The xl version is on 24cm and above, the 22cm is normal version and I believe below 18cm is narrow.
The xl will get you more girth for sure!
