Definitely can have sex whenever, though it tends to be better if it's been a day or two in between (glans and shaft gets more engorged etc). I've been experimenting with cock rings to enhance the fullness of the shaft and glans; I attached a pic of me with a stretchy ring behind my cock and balls, implant inflated of course. My balls are retracted a bit in this pic so you can definitely see the titan pump bulging out of my ball sack. Cheers everyone and I hope you are all doing really great.

Looks healthy! How does it look and feel without the ring on? Just slightly less engorged, or is it a noticeable difference?

Less engorged for sure but still feels good. Honestly for me engorgement is the key to sex feeling amazing so I'm trying to get as much of it as I can

Less engorged than before the implant? I’m unclear on whether the implant reduces engorgement for some reason.

No not less engorged than before the implant, the implant did not change my engorgement. Before the implant, I could get engorged and relatively hard, but after a few minutes the erection would fade away. It would come back with stimulation, when new blood rushed into my dick due to the stimulation, but the blood wouldn't stay trapped in my dick like it's supposed to. Now with the implant,.I still get the blood rushing in and engorging my dick when stimulated. And that blood/engorgement can still fade some as it slowly leaks out after several minutes. Some engorgement definitely remains but not 100%. However I still remain fully hard due to the implant, the engorgement can just fluctuate. The cock ring as well as Cialis/Viagra help with that. Hope this makes sense.

4 days to go. I was thinking about using Eid. Money was my issue. Glad you can afford one of the best. My local yokal gave me distal crossover. Oh well you get what you pay for. Or not. I'm sure the costs are similar. The difference is insurance.

But given the nature of the incisions, just exactly where do you plan to put the ice cream?

Yes Dr Eid did a dopplar ultrasound the day before surgery. He injected me with alprostadil and them checked my dick with the ultrasound machine. He was able to see some blood flow problems with the test. At that point I didn't care though, regardless of what the test said I knew I was not able to get and maintain a good erection.

Please can you mention what is your blood flow problem exactly?
Did you do cavernosography after doppler?
I damaged my peins 2012 by enlargment exersise by home made penis pump. 2 penile doppler with normal result and 1 cavernosography with normal result.

I think he called it "veinous insufficiency", he didn't see as much blood flowing in as there should be. I'm also not sure what cavernosography is, he was looking at ultrasound images of my dick with the dopplar.

I think doppler ultrasound the day before implanting are mainly done to avoid malpractice.

Yes I would definitely agree. At the time of the dopplar I had already scheduled and paid for my surgery lol. He was just covering himself legally, which is understandable

Best of outcomes for your big day tomorrow. I can't wait to hear how things go.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.
