While I can go Cowgirl it does put a bit of pressure on my Tool so I am very careful doing that one ( Nice and easy - nothing wild). I also find standing sex difficult due to my tool pointing straight out and not pointing upwards.

I can bend my shaft up when inflated as much as it points to 3 o'clock. I usually pump as full as I can for sex, no issues with positions, although some do take a bit of adjustment in body position.

My natural erection points at around 1:30. It can swivel upward easily to 12 o’ clock to touch my belly but it can’t be pushed down past 2 or so. Can an implant swivel only up like this too?

Deflated I can move my shaft up or down, in fact I sleep on my stomach and bend it between my legs at night. Inflated I can bend it up to almost touch my stomach (I'm slim) and bend it down to about 5 o'clock. Side to side isn't bad, but when I go too far to the right I can feel the tube.
