Bionic is the way.. its pros outweights the cons.. From my perspective I had life long ED it worked a bit with Cialis and it worked with trimix too but I cannot think injecting myself for life.. My implant works every single time and I love it so far( even though I havent had sex yet). If I were to redo it again(revisions etc) I wouldnt think twice.. Implant is definitely a big morale booster and make me feel that I am raw power( super being- our special power is super dick).. I feel proud of myself whenever I see myself on the mirror ( how my dick looks and feels) which I didnt before implant ( felt more shame).. Now I know I can walk with my head held high and not be afraid to show my dick in shower or in an orgy setting or wherever appropriate or never say no to any girl(knowing I can satisfy her from all aspects) who wants to have sex with me ( wishful thinking)
I am questioning myself if I had working dick would I still consider implant- Maybe as it can do things that natural dick cannot do.. I am in favor of being a bionic( even though it scares me - watching some sci fi movies makes me wonder if thats the future - why just dick.. can we get other parts implanted too even if there are no issues? I was watching Book of Boba fett recently there are a group of implanted folks in that TV series( thats what came to my mind when I saw this question)

40 yrs old. Have ED and PE all my life. Never had penetrative sex all my life. Tried almost all kinds of options( pills, injections, natural therapies etc. Turned Bionic on May 17'22 with Titan by Dr.Karpman infrapubic approach.16cm+2 RTE
Re: Who wins???
Getting an implant was the last resort for me. ED began in my mid-50's, and it was depressing to lose my erection during sex. The wife and I began our relationship around sex, we were horny co-workers.
Pills failed, injections failed and that was more depressing. Once I healed, having a reliable hard erection has not only uplifted my spirits but it's made sex enjoyable again. I think we both won!

Re: Who wins???
I'm probably not the best person to ask. When I was 19 or 20 I had pre-aptism so after that it became harder to maintain an erection. Still I made it to my mid-sixties so let's just say that until I became completely impotent I was perfectly happy not being able to last all night long or have the firmest erection I can imagine last forever and at any time I wanted it. To me that seems like a very fair trade off. No complaints at all

Re: Who wins???
Obviously a natural working dick is better than an implanted dick for a lot of reasons. I decided to have the implant when the pills (even at high dosage) were not working enough to have sex. Now I'm happy but I'd be happier without an implant and with a dick that works with pills.

Re: Who wins???
Working pills give you "natural" erection with visual and manual stimulation. As long as they work, at least. Then, mostly side effects.

Do your partners know about penile implant? Do they like it as usual?

Hi Red,
We have followed similar paths. I received my Botox injection a few weeks ago. I also added an injection of PRP+Exosomes. It will take a few weeks to determine the benefits of the treatments.
I am new to Trimix and have only used it 3 times so far with great results. How long have you used Trimix and did you require increased doses?
Good luck with your journey.

Hi Mike,
I just had the Botox yesterday. No PRP or exosomes. Dr said typical results is 2 weeks but should know for sure in about a month. I started using Tri-mix about 2 years ago. More to just go all the time. My dose was low 8-12 units with the lowest concentration. I wish I would have never opened Pandora’s box so to speak. At that point cialis/viagra I could go multiple times a night then again easily next morning. After a break up I dated alot and was using tri-mix like 3-4 x a week with different women for about a year. Then I met someone I fell in love with and started using it almost daily for 8 months. Towards the end I was using 60 units of a 30/3/50 mix and i wasn’t getting the same 3-4 hr concrete like erection. Sometimes the needle would bend. I could get hard enough without using any to get oral and cum but anything else was very difficult. Sex being less frequent was not the only reason for the break up but it didn’t help. I shouldn’t have kept it a secret the whole time but didn’t think she could handle it in her mental space.
Sorry rambling , send me a pm and we can chat sometime if you like. Good luck be curious to see how you make out as well.

I really enjoy, and my wife really enjoys, my larger size and I hope when I get the implant I don't lose that benefit. I guess TBD.
But It does inspire me to read all of the many positive reports.
This is where I’m at. Tri-mix was starting to wane for me after using it very heavily. I loved fucking like a machine on it for 3-4 hours but it has its issues. I’ve tried so much other shit PRP, shock wave etc, I’m down to my 2 last straws. Botox is scheduled for tomorrow and the only other option left on the table would be stem cells which frankly sounds like money would be better spent on lottery tickets.
I did all those and just saw a lot of money being thrown out the window. I wished I had gone bionic years ago (I had my implant done March of this year), and I have to tell you that it is one of the best decisions I ever made. I am extremely thrilled with the results and knowing that it is going to get better has me over the moon.
Re: Who wins???
Regardless of the treatment modality (implant, VED, injections, pills) we ALL win when the treatment is effective.
For now my injections and a good cock ring give me a hard cock I (and my spouse) enjoy so, WINNING!
If injections stop working for me (or become too bothersome) then implant will be my next step and I’m be winning then too.
Use whatever means is best for you to get the results you want.
One size (or one modality) does not fit all.
