I’ve been that worried of sex that I’ve not tried for nearly a year and a half with anyone
So so so worried if failure

Has anyone here had really positive results from daily Cialis to over cone their mind block/absolute worry when in the act ?

Mindfulness again to relax my mind

Get a Doppler done
Night time erections test done


Just at rock bottom with it all, could just sit here and cry

All my friends have girlfriends and I wish I could just have that simple life my self

You sound young and the anxiety you feel is understandable. The good news is that women change as they get older. They will start focusing on finding a man who will love them, is responsible, will be a great father, has a steady income, etc... They will also become more aware of their imperfections and less critical of yours. You have plenty of options to help you in the bedroom. Starting out with daily Cialis is a great idea though. Find a steady girlfriend and take it slow. Make out a little bit (get to 2nd base, 3rd base, etc..) and see how your body responds. If you don't get a good erection, then increase the dosage. For some reason young guys think they have to be super studs on one-night stands. That's a lot of pressure we put on ourselves. I'm willing to bet some of those buddies you mentioned are also having a few issues they don't want anyone to know about.
