About 1.2 months post op very less discomfort.. very less tingling sensation each day.. I think its the RTE causing the issue.. my RTE is weird poking on the side of my glans too.. Most of the time I forget I have an implant..

I’m 6 weeks post today. Started having a few days where I would forget it when busy about a week ago. Still get the burn poking when maxed pumped. But not bad. Biggest problem still is wearing work pants that are a little tight in the crotch. Finding a place to put my new flaccid 6” is difficult to say the least. Still experimenting with 1-2-3 pumps to find a place where the dogears don’t dig into my shaft. Mostly over the pain thought

I'm 6 in fully deflated also. But I have an LG X. Until my cylinder softened I had a real treat trying to fit things into any pants. So good luck with that. By the way was your infrapubic horizontal beneath your fat pad or vertical right up through the middle of it. Thanks

To Iwantanewone and others;

I am relieved this topic is available as I am now 6 weeks and am also wondering when things will feel "normal" again - or what the new normal will be. From what I have read, I should take warm baths to soften the tubes and expect discomfort for another few months.

At six weeks:
I can inflate and deflate almost painlessly with my left hand.
Have sex but organism is slow. That sounds idyllic, but for the woman at our age, it can become painful.
Urinate painlessly but have a dripping problem like others have described.

At six weeks:
The head of my penis is very sensitive and at times the friction of rubbing on my pants is painful. Showers are fine.
It is very difficult to cross my legs without feeling it is being uncomfortably bent.
My penis leans to the left when flaccid, and the end 3 inches is always erect and often painful when wearing clothing.
Never exceptionally large, I am now just reaching 5" with a full erection. I lost perhaps 3/4" in surgery.
My scrotum feels as if there is a pin cushion inside most of the time.
Extended traveling in sitting position is very difficult without stopping, standing, and readjustment.

I will look into the numbing ointment and a soft sock (like a golf club sock) to wear with clothing.

Thanks for sharing your experiences.

Ohifriend— have you tried seperatec underwear. At first I wasn’t sure but after a couple week I’m buying more! Keeps the penis completely wrapped from the rest of it. Also when you deflate continue to hold the deflate button and w other hand not only squeeze but push in toward your body like your trying to make it go back inside you. Most importantly, immediately after letting off deflate I put a single pump in to stop flow back. My assumption is that after deflating a certain amount of fluid flows back into penis til the anti-flow back locks out on the resivor. Since I started doing this I can actually deflate till my penis is completely flat and all out of shape. Then I can put a pump or two back in until I find the perfect balance between comfort and being deflated. Hope this helps, I’m at 6 weeks and 1 day and finally getting comfortable with my new shower dick and my crazy short crouched work pants!
