I couldn't be happier since healing up from the surgery. I can now have sex with my wife anytime, anywhere without having to think about taking a pill or sticking a needle in my dick.

I have a very happy life and happy wife but I always have in my mind that I am not satisfying her physically. My wife is ok without sex( thats what she told me before she realized want she was missing).. we are married for 13 years( together 15 years) but I never could satisfy her physically because of ED( we did try other things but nothing like real sex)..
