Mine finally started to look more normal at 3.5 - 4 months. It's still not a totally natural looking flaccid, but it has improved so much that I think with further cycling and usage it's going to be fine. I can wear anything and not look like I have a hard-on. Just look like a guy with a bulge because his dick is a little bigger than average. Fine by me and it works great-every time!
