I never was in real pain just constant discomfort. If your pain is pretty acute you need to call your doctors office and let them know if I were you.Don’t sit there in pain, you shouldn’t have to!

At 3 weeks the only pain I still had was the abdominal incision (coughing hurt!). My scrotum was a little tender, and my right nut wasn't fond of its new roommate. All in all, not painful as much as uncomfortable. I started cycling at 4 weeks which wasn't painful other than some pain in my glans from the cylinder tips after I was fully inflated a while. Like gjmjoe said, call your doctor.

My pain didn’t last that long, but while it did persists I used ice some and a heating pad even more. Both were good but later in the the recovery heat was better. I also started taking baths on day 12 and those were very helpful.

I am 3 weeks out as well and the pain is now much much better. Hot showers x2 day are extremely helpful. Each day I can do more - longer standing - longer walking. I ache if I sit for a long period. But I can tell it’s slowly improving.
Hangin there. Everyone experiencing pain differently.
