Length & Girth Expansion - WHAT WORKS??

I’m 5 weeks post surgery, today is day 8 of cycling. Coloplast, penoscrotal, cycling at least twice a day for a total of at least two hours.

I’m not real happy with my current girth, I would like to have 3/8th” more. And at least 1/4” more length.

Fully inflated it’s impossible to use the Perito “exercise“! Please tell me what has worked for you, how long it took, and the amount of gain.

the pain will subside over the next few weeks and you will be able to do that exercise.

It's not so much the pain but the fact that fully inflated it's as hard as a broom stick!

Then try the p e r i t o exercise a little less than fully inflated. At this point your cylinders are very rigid and stiff. It's going to take months of inflating deflating to soften your cylinders. As they soften they also expand. So I would say be patient you'll probably get more than you want without having to do anything more than just use it and cycle

Patience!!Your cylinders haven’t softened up yet and they will!

I agree with all the above advice -- your goals are very achievable given some time along with Perito and maybe VED. I gained back much more than that over 4 months.

Thanks guys, I’ll try to relax and not get ahead of myself! While I work on “The Exercise”!

I started the exercises at 4 weeks and yes it was very difficult to bend at all.. keep trying with different hold positions with one hand and bend with other. It took 4-5 days before I figured out how to bend them… it gets easier and now at 9 weeks today I pump as hard as I can with two hands and then bend the mess out of it in all directions. After bending I always get at least 2-3 half pumps and have noticed a little extension when initially pumping that I didn’t have in the beginning at all. Also the tubes have gotten much softer especially after I got to where I can bend it more, which makes it a lot more comfortable when flaccid. Stay with it, it will get easier.

Funny you should ask just that question. I have an answer (but perhaps a bit off topic of what you were asking) that might be related. I am four years post-op with an LGX but this thread might be illuminating nonetheless.
