I am at 100+ days post implant, I am really happy to declare that I have achieved my original length, in fact I feel it’s a little better by around half cm.
God bless Boston Scientific and other IPP Manufacturers.
So happy for you, man!
I don’t doubt that it’s true but I don’t understand this whole business of losing length after surgery and then regaining it later, especially with LGXs.
A penis is a penis with a set anatomical length. An implant is an implant with a set physical length.
Why such big losses of length only to be regained?
So confusing.
I lost over two inches right after surgery. My original size was 8.75" x 5.7". After surgery my length was 6.5". How? Because I've got a huge dick and no way it's gonna come right out of a major surgery being obnoxiously huge still.
Surgery was Nov 2nd. I measure late November at 6.5". By mid-December it's 7", then almost 8" by end of December, and then it stayed around 8" for most of January/early February, but after more (much more) aggressive (very, very aggressive) exercises, I'm measuring about 8.5" now, and can surprisingly get stretched flaccid over 9", which seems kinda awesome (well, that's only after a ton of stretching). I expect my length to increase further from this. My girth stayed 5.2" for a while but it's up to 5.5" and I have reason to believe it's increasing more now too.

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18385&p=167713#p167713So yeah, no way penises would normally come out the same exact size after a major surgery. Your dick will be weaker. Because your doctor sliced it open and stuck something in it. It needs to recover. If something becomes weaker after being injured, what do you do to make it stronger again? You exercise it, gradually increasing its strength.
Oh: and one thing people here say often is, "well, with a good surgeon your length..." I'm pretty sure that's make-believe. "Good" surgeons don't perform a "good" surgery where they magically use their scalpels to cut your dick in the exact right place or something. It's the same process of measuring your dick and sticking a thing up it that every trained urologist with experience can perform.
Oh: I think I also get what you mean about the anatomical thing. Like an implant put into an arm wouldn't change the size of the arm. And I'm not smart enough to explain the anatomy behind this, but if I'm guessing it's something to do with the strength and elasticity of the tunica albuginea. I've read about tunica albuginea, and of its relevance to an implant, and google also confirms it is something that can get weaker/stronger. An arm is held together by bone so its size can't really change, but a penis's strength is a tunica and corpus cavernosum and corpus spongiosum, etc. etc. Not the same as other body parts. Cause dicks can get boners and their size changes, but arms don't.
40. AMS 700 LGX, 21+3. Nov. 2, 2021. Idiot who abused alcohol for brain injury, abused viagra for implant.
Goal to prove implants increase dick size
Pre-op dick size: 8.75" x 5.7"
Current: 9-9.5" x 5.5"
Goal: 10+" x 6+"
