I've researching Implantica PotencyFlow, and it seems to be the implant that should have been invented years back. These inplant companies want to sell selll sell and sell and no matter what method they use for implant it seems that the muscles surrounding the tunica albuginea are being damaged too. It's all about money and these companies are gretting rich with cheap products.
ED is a disease tbat has been around since the beginning of mankind and these scientists fail to find a cure by fixing the damaged tissue of the corpus cavernosum and nerves. There is a study that the corpus cavernosum can be rebuilt in mice and it worked. ED is mostly caused by collegen replacing smooth muscle cells( scar tissue) fibrosis. This is just my opinion. For a 30yo with implant, how many implants does he need during his whole life. 4-5???

Used Propecia for hair loss and boom!!!

I've been doing shockwaves, tadalafil daily 5mg,VED, arginine, citrulline, resveratrol ect

Thats alot of energy to type out a post that you clearly have NO validity to support. Yep, I'm a PhD and I did my scientific research and conclusions about efficacy, validity, reliability, and success/failure rates. Care to go toe to toe? Your facts are NOT accurate. Your claims are spewed rhetoric. So if you are looking to stir up a shit show - go somewhere else. No time for drama here. Lots of chicks love bald men and find them very sexy. None like a limp dick.
I say your personal improvement focus is totally misdirected.

In real reality what you posted says 70% - 87%.
Besides clean cocaine what product has a 70% satisfaction rate nevermind as high as 87% !

There's one poster on here who has gone through a bunch of replacements/revisions and went through a horrendous infection yet he is still having another implant done. If that's not proof that when things go right, and they seem to for the majority of people that an implant is nothing less than a Godsend.

I’ve always been pretty much a freedom absolutist. If you don’t want an implant, don’t get one. If you do, go for it. If you can design something better, get thy ass to the drawing board. If you value a hairy head over a rock hard cock, okay fine.

I’m not trying to convince you or myself. This has just been my personal experience.

Any study showing 13-30 dissatisfaction with implants is a bad statistical sample. I would say satisfaction > or = to 95% much more realistic.

We have heard for years that women care less about cock size than they do the ability of a man to use it. Probably there is some truth there. But still, I think it safe to say that women care more about what’s in your head, what’s in your bank account, what’s in your pants than they do what’s on top of your head.

Telly Savalas and Yul Brenner no doubt didn’t suffer in romance department. I’m not sure the same can be said for Tiny Tim.))

It doesn’t get better than to have balded, so you shave what little is left baby smooth, grow a scruffy beard, spend time in gym getting ripped after age 65, and be able to perform for hours on demand. You never worry about losing an erection or having to hurry, so foreplay can take the form of something other than telling her to brace herself.

As far as implant alternatives, there’s always a couple of popsicle sticks and duck tape
Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

Are you able to post a link to the source article so we may read it for ourselves, please?

I did a search for "Implantica" and only found a commercial site. I find that peer-reviewed medical journals are a bit more reliable than sites with potential profit motives. Implantica seems altruistic enough, but their hard data does not seem to be presented in a verifiable way.

I recieved a call from a Boston Scientific representative and we concluded the same. My dr that does implants told me to hold myself a little longer. Its not that I don't consider one, but there is lots of downside like some mention here. Yes I come for advise but the same way people mention that regenerative therapy doesn't work, they also conclud that penile implant is way behind. There are men with implants that still use VED and cialis to engorged the gland. So chill, relax this is not a debate but rather that men should bring this complaint to the ones behind studing implants

No. It was propecia what caused the fibrosis and ed. I came for the to topics men using finasteride need implants due to veno-occlusive ED.

You read it wrong. Propecia causes ED venous leak etc. Thats what happened to me. I was considering implant and when I research I see many good and bad sides about the implants. It confuses me and I come to a conclusion, why hasn't implants been improved all these almost 50 years in tbe market. That is why I see many men with ED even having medical insurance that will not do implants. I don't feel well living with Post anti-arodrogen syndrome.
