Question about glan softness

Hey everyone I’ve recently considered getting an implant due to severe mental e.d(I think I’d place myself in the top percentage of severity of cases). If I were to get the implant would glan softness still be a crippling issue and render the whole implant non viable?

Generally, whatever glans engorgement you have (or don't have) prior to surgery, you will have after the implant goes in. The glans has a separate blood supply system from then one which fills the penis for an erection.

Your glans will engorge with stimulation. It took a few months after my implant for that to happen, but it's all the time now.

To confirm my performance anxiety is overbearing and doesn’t allow me to achieve any kind of erection. If I were to do the implant would the glans still stay soft as I am mentally not stimulated until I were to achieve a few minutes of penetration?

An implant will not only cure your ED… but will definitely fix your anxiety about not getting erect…. Shortly after you will regain your ability to perform also. My glands wouldn’t engorge the first 5-6 weeks after implant but now with any stimulation it fills up nicely. ED causes a snowball effect, and in my case the implant has also caused a reverse in this snowball as I’m going back uphill now!

SteveSW is on the money. Your Glan is fed by a different blood system. I'm going on 4 years with mine and only get rare Glan engorgement. While I would have liked that to happen more often it does not stop me and my wife from enjoying the act - nothing beats a rock hard weapon which you can call on anytime can stay that way for as long as you need it to.

I use a cock ring for proper glans engorgement and it works brilliant, also I can get a good flow into the glans without it now but too be honest the ring brings me back to the days when I could get a full erection… I use cheap ass cock rings aswell
