Congrats for joining the bionic club, and very good luck with your implant. Everything looks great from the photos, especially the angle!
I wondering about the implant size. Are you sure about these cylinder measurements? I didn't see before someone with 11.5 cylinder + 8.5cm RTE. I believe all cylinders have integer numbers, fractions. AMS has a minimum of 12cm cylinders, not sure about Titan. Also 8.5cm RTE is a big number. You may need to verify this with your surgeon.

Those numbers mean proximal and distal measurements inside the corporal bodies.

Thank you all. Glad that I am not alone on this journey and able to share some humble experiences to help others. I am also feeling grateful that you guys shared your precious experiences and pics which helped me a lot.

Day 13:

Could not feel the pump deflation button in the shower last night as the scrotum was pretty full…you know what I am talking about , so I had a short and very gentle J/O this morning to release some energy. Yup, no problem getting an orgasm. Hopefully I can find the deflation button again tonight.

No pain on the glans of the penis, just discomfort from the pump, the tube on the left and the folding dog ears along the shaft. Start working from home on a part time basis for few days, will go to the office half day tomorrow to see how I feel.

Day 21 (T-6):

Recovery went well. I have been using the hot bath tub for about 4 times last week since after 2 weeks from the operation, each time about 30 mins. Currently not using painkiller as there isn’t any noticeable pain. Seems to have minor soreness at the base of the cylinder but usually feel that while sleeping.

The looking of the penis is probably the same, cylinders into the glans for about 1/2 to sometimes 2/3 depth despite not fully inflated till next Tuesday.

No issue masturbating, Can feel the sensation and ejeculate without any issues.

Day 27 Activation day:

OUCH! Didn’t expected it hurts so much while pumping up. Not too bad to find the pump to inflate and deflate, only the pain and painkiller doesn't help too much. I guess this is the final step, lots of practicing.

The penis looks pretty straight, similar girth to pre operation. Happy feeling now with tears (pain).

Did you lose any length from pre-op to post-op now that you are fully inflated?

It has been about 10 weeks since my implant, the length is back at least 90-95%. As I still have some incision swelling around the pubic area so I can’t do the measurement from the very centre of the bone. Only on the side a bit.

Girth is probably the same as the pre operation. I don’t feel any increasing at this moment.

I can still feel soreness when trying to inflate as much as I can. Not feeling pain if only inflate till about 90% I say.

Surprised to hear you still have incision swelling( maybe its the reservoir? Does it pain? Usually infrapubic pain will go away in about 3-4 weeks. Hows sex? are you having fun?

Congratulations! Am just about three weeks post-op, and the emotional weight of ED has already been lifted. Am looking forward to the (renewed) feeling of confidence in and out of the bedroom. Wishing the same for you.
