I certainly did not. Almost no bruising or swelling. Slight.

I got my implant Wednesday morning (12/14), and while I don't have anywhere near the bruising he had, I definitely have similar edema (doughnut). I wonder if he was a frequent VED user - that's when I first started having that type of edema, and searching for edema brought me here to see if it was common after the implant.
54, AMS 700 LGX 12/14/22 15CM + 1RTE. Type 2 Diabetic. ED over 10 yrs. Had Peyronies (45 degree bend down mid-shaft) from using an extender and having vigorous intercourse - Xiaflex fixed. Possible venous leak.

That's nothing. I did not have the edema he had, but my penis looked like a road-killed Texas toad and my scrotum was about 85% black. From what I have read, my experience is closer to the norm than his (for peno-scrotal entry). But it does go away in just a couple weeks. especially if you stay horizontal and use ice and heat judiciously.
Looks worse than it feels.
